If you want to spoil yourself go here! Not only was the food AMAZING so was the service! The Coconut Pie is the best I’ve ever had. It’s big enough to share. Our waiter was so kind,nice and helpful with anything we may have needed or wanted. We will definitely come back and recommend to our friends and family.

My now fiancé proposed to me here, and the staff made it truly special! They were so attentive and celebratory of us and made it the most memorable evening ever! They had a proposal statement written on the menu in alignment with their “spicy” branding. It was so much fun, and we will never forget it! The food was great, drinks were excellent, staff was warm, and the ambiance is REMARKABLE! It’s so sexy and chic there!

This was my first time at this restaurant. I made a reservation. The customer service was good. We were greeted by our waiter with a complimentary cocktail and appetizer. We ordered wine and cocktails. For our appetizer, we had the chopped salad. For our main course, we created our own seafood tower with lobster, shrimp, scallops, and crab legs. We also had the mashed potatoes and asparagus. For dessert we had the chocolate cake. It was big. Everything was delicious. However, we had to wait to get water because there was no one to ensure that our water glasses stayed full. This restaurant is expensive but worth it. We will return. I highly recommend this restaurant at this location.

My first year spending birthday dinners alone was..different. It can get a little heavy when the candle comes out and there’s no one in front of you to smile with. I went to Maple and Ash last night to celebrate my 27th birthday, and the minute i walked into the restaurant I was greeted with the warmest smile from a beautiful young woman. She immediately sat me down at my table in the “living room” where I was soon greeted by my lovely waitress and a complimentary cocktail ? Jersey could never !! She knew it was my birthday and when I say she took care of me ALL NIGHT; she cared for my needs the same way a best friend would. Her and another young woman (both blonde, one had these amazing big, round set of eyes..I wish i could remember their names !!) were so accommodating. They took some photos of me. I ordered a surf and turf for dinner, and she insisted I try the Mac and cheese..on the restaurant. 🥺 you know how on the show “The Bear” they do any and everything to make sure their guests have the BEST experience? That’s Maple & Ash. I could see employees stationed around the room catering to guests, ensuring no one had a frown at the table. I loved everything about my experience and I will be back! I HIGHLY recommend you all plan a trip to experience the love they show everyone that sets foot inside the restaurant. Once again, thank you, and I appreciate the Maple & Ash family for making me feel whole on my special day.

The tower hour seafood tower was small, more like an appetizer instead of a “tower.” There was like two scallops, two shrimps, one crab leg, one lobster, two cooked oysters, and a handful of clams. The $2 oysters were super fresh and very worth it. Chocolate soufflé was nothing special, honestly it was just a hot, rich chocolate cake with some vanilla ice cream on top. TL;DR: Just go for the oysters during tower hour

Maple & Ash has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, my experience was mixed. The restaurant has a lively atmosphere with a DJ playing music, which could have been enjoyable, but it was so loud that it overshadowed the dining experience. The volume made it difficult to have a conversation, and I found myself having to repeat my order twice because the server couldn’t hear me. The vibe felt more like a strip club than a fine dining restaurant. While the attire is business casual, the servers seemed a bit too casual for the setting. Service was notably slow, especially considering the restaurant was only half full. This added to the frustration, as I expected more attentive service given the prices. On the positive side, the food was good, with highlights including the maple bacon, lobster scrambled eggs with truffle, and the sundae tower. However, the quality didn't quite justify the high cost, and there were very few options for people with food allergies, which was disappointing. Overall, I left with a migraine from the noise and was underwhelmed by the experience. While there were some enjoyable elements, I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.
