It had been about five years since my last visit to LongHorn Steakhouse, and I had forgotten just how incredible the Parmesan Crusted Chicken is. From the first bite, I was reminded why this dish is such a standout. The chicken was cooked to absolute perfection—juicy, flavorful, and paired with melted cheese that elevated it to another level. I was so impressed that I asked our waiter, Ken, to let the chef know how much we loved our meal. Ken told us the chef's name was Josh, and it’s clear he’s a true master of his craft. Ken himself provided exceptional service, keeping our drinks refilled and checking on us regularly without being intrusive. He was friendly, attentive, and ensured our dining experience was top-notch. Another thing that really stood out was the cleanliness of the restaurant. It’s evident that the staff takes great pride in their work and treats the establishment like it’s their own. The attention to detail and high standards are apparent everywhere you look. Overall, this visit reminded me why LongHorn Steakhouse is such a gem. The delicious food, excellent service, and spotless atmosphere make it a place I’ll be returning to much sooner than another five years! Highly recommend!

Great inexpensive steak joint. The must have are the brussel sprouts!! One of the best I've ever had. The steak was good and cooked to perfection. Went for bday lunch and their desserts were great! Definitely will go back

Absolutely wonderful experience. Took my husband here to celebrate his new job and our server Tess (Tesla) was absolutely incredible. She delivered incredible service and some bomb food! We had a steak and ribs and stuffed ourselves! I had to go to the bar for change twice and the bartender was so sweet (I didn't catch his name bit he wears glasses and was absolutely OWNING the bar. He was kind and patient! Brynn the hostess was also so sweet when we met in the bathroom and I asked her to embarass my husband. Overall the best night I've had in a long time and it's all because of the amazing staff here! Keep doing what you're doing and thank you for making a special night even more special!

Came to dinner tonight for my mom’s birthday. She wanted a lowkey steak night and thought Longhorns would be good. We had an absolutely awesome night and dinner. The food was delicious, everything we ate was awesome. I especially liked my dish which was the Parmesan crusted chicken and the fresh bread they start you with is so good. My boyfriend and mom had steak and both liked their dishes! However the highlight was definitely our server, Michael B. Michael was such a great server! He was attentive and kept making sure we were all good with our order and with refills. He was super friendly and at the end of the night completely surprised us by bringing out an ice cream birthday sundae for my mom. It totally made her night! She had opted out of dessert because she had felt full but still ate most of the ice cream and was super happy. Michael brought a candle and everything so we could sing to her. It totally made her night! He definitely went above and beyond for us and I really appreciated it. Great experience overall, would definitely recommend this location.

It's rare that I can pull into a new part of town, read a review and sit down at a place and have a great meal! These guys did not disappoint whatsoever. Took my dad here and we both got the bone-in ribeyes with a couple sides. Service was amazing, interior decor was really well done, comfortable seating and booths. The meal started on a high note with the nice warm atmosphere and a delicious loaf of warm bread and butter, which unfortunately arrived late because our server had forgotten it at first. Despite his friendly demeanor, the service was disappointing overall. The baked potatoes were fantastic--loaded and perfectly fluffy. However, the steaks were not cooked to the correct temperatures. I ordered a Ribeye Medium-Rare, but it came out Medium and Tough. My mother requested a Medium Filet Mignon, but it was served Rare and too bloody and tough for her to cut. By the time the waiter checked on us to ask how "everything was," we were already halfway through our meal, having filled up on bread. He offered to replace the steaks, but we didn't have time. Surprisingly, he didn't offer any discount, even though he admitted his mistake. While I appreciated his honesty in checking his notes and admitting the error, a gesture of compensation would have been appropriate. Another frustration was the lack of beverage refills. I had to ask another employee for a refill because our server was nowhere to be found for long stretches. This other employee, along with the hostess, was very nice and helpful. Overall, the experience could have been great if not for the server's mistakes, especially since he only had three tables to manage. To cap it off, when he brought the check, he mistakenly swapped one of our receipts with the table next to us. I didn't notice this until I got home, but as my photo of the receipts shows, one copy had our total with another table's order list. I hope the other table didn't receive the discount that should have been ours. In summary, while there were some positives and the server was a nice gentleman, the service issues and quality of the steaks (which is why we went) significantly detracted from what could have been an enjoyable experience.
