Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

This is one of a few steak houses that are pleasant to me. The vibe is great and the service was also very amazing I felt a little under dressed and I was. My parents were dressed business casual they had just gotten out of church but either way I had an awesome server named Taylor and she was the best and made us feel comfortable. I had the Grilled Salmon salad and my dad had the Shrimp and grits from the brunch menu my mom had a mimosa and so did I (mimosas are $7 guys!) however their champagne pour was really light or i’m just an alcoholic and i’m use to my mimosas not having or hardly any juice 😂 lol orange juice was on point though. My mom also had the lemon cake slice with blueberry sauce… delicious!

I ordered the steak tacos like I do every time and they were good but I would say there were about four pieces of steak that were completely inedible and I got the crab and corn fritters for the first time which were delicious but there was zero crab, so I was very disappointed since the whole reason I ordered them was to have some crab. The manager was really nice though and took off the corn and crab fritters

Hugo was our waiter, and he provided phenomenal and attentive service! He was super welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our visit and Hugo was very knowledgeable of the menu, and helped us make great dinner choices. We were very happy we came in!

It was my girlfriend's birthday and she decided on Firebirds to celebrate. First, our server (Lily) was terrific (Table 314/1). Drinks were good. The appetizer, Lobster Queso, was very good. For our main meal. She had the 12oz Cajun Ribeye (cooked medium), and I had the Tomahawk Pork Chop. Her steak was ok. She explained it as missing flavor. My pork chop was dry or maybe overcooked. Our server did bring out a complementary dessert with a candle. We loved the atmosphere and will return to try other selections. It could have been an off evening/night for the chef. Our bill was $187 with tip. Which is over what we spend for regular date nights. We do recommend others to try and share your experience.

Often very busy by 5 pm. Good idea to call ahead to be on the waiting list. Good mix of healthy choices and good but not so healthy choices like the ribs.

Absolutely blown away by the professionalism and hospitality. And that is not even talking about the food yet. Took my mom there for a late birthday dinner. We were seated promptly and drinks we're brought out quick. Replace start order. We didn't realize the time. My mom even asked if they make everything here from scratch beause it was taking a little while. Moments after that, one of the managers came by and apologized, saying there was a mishap in the kitchen and our food should be out shortly within minutes.Another manager came by and offered apologies and said that our meal was taken care of. Followed by the general manager, who really gave us a sincere apology. Ask this, if there's anything else that we could possibly need or want. They got us a few more drinks and told me there was going to be some dessert at the end. After we finish the most amazing food that was served to us. They brought out many different dessert dishes. All were superb and above expectations. Everyone makes mistakes and someone did. And before I myself or someone at my table actually brought it to their attention, their team was on top of it fixed it, and made things so right, I highly highly recommend them. Not only for the exceptional food, but for the over the top customer service. Jason again, I thank you for making it a great night. They could have went bad. I highly recommend this place if you've never been there. Give it a shot, you you will understand for yourself.

We arrived 5-10 min before our 5pm reservation and were seated right away. All of the staff were very friendly especially our server/waiter, I wish I could remember his name but this younger gentleman was very respectful, friendly, and polite. The food was amazing. Atmosphere was great. I would definitely recommend this place if you haven't been before as we will be coming back in the future for sure.
