Customer Review Summary

Feeney's Restaurant & Bar offers a family-friendly atmosphere with a pub-style vibe rather than fine dining. The food received mixed reviews; the salad bar is praised for its variety, while some dishes, like the filet and lobster combo, were criticized for being poorly cooked. Service was inconsistent, with Maria being highlighted for her excellent attentiveness, while other experiences noted lackluster service and long waits. The ambiance is described as cozy but somewhat dark, and while some appreciated its charm, others found it uninviting. Overall, customers enjoyed specific dishes like the Beef Wellington and fish and chips, but expressed disappointment at the prices relative to the quality and service. The restaurant has potential but may require improvements in cooking consistency and customer service for a better dining experience.

It was our first time dining at this restaurant and I will say that it was a very good family friendly type restaurant. It does have a bar but it's mainly secluded from the sitting areas. We walked in thinking it was more fine dining but it definitely gives a more pub style vibe. The food was good, but I don't think I will get the same thing again. We got the saganaki for an appetizer, and beef Wellington and a beef loin dinner. It comes with the choice of the serve yourself salad bar, or the soup of the day. The salad bar was incredible, and had lots of options for toppings. I'd definitely go here again, but I'd for sure get something different. Maria was an EXCELLENT waitress and she somehow managed to be present at every table even with serving 20 at a time. She was incredibly friendly and made you feel a part of the family as soon as you walked through the door. She always has a bright smile that you can't help but reciprocate. She made the experience all the better with her kindness. As a whole I give it a solid 4 star rating!

Honestly immensely disappointed after coming here due to the recommendations. It's very dark, moody restaurant that has homely vibes. It was my birthday dinner and we got the wellington and filet + lobster combo. Both steaks were medium. The wellington was cooked correctly and pretty good. The sauce was different but not in a bad way. It was my first time trying it, and I'd say it's worth trying. The potato on the side is very filling and their salad bar was good as well. The soup was a chicken tortilla soup and fine. The big problems came from the filet and lobster combo. The lobster was undercooked, the steak was overcooked, and the server did not care at all. Not sure if Maria is a part owner, but she could not care any less. She 'took off' the steak which turned out to be a 5 dollar discount. For dishes in the 50 to 70 dollar range, I expected a lot better. I was expecting the steak to be refired or something. She insisted the lobster was cooked and I still insisted it to be put on the grill more. It definitely was undercooked and the steak was overcooked. The reason I ate most of it was when it was clear they would not do anything about it, and I was still hungry. I actually had a different lobster piece I already had again because she insisted it was cooked, and I spat it out. It's so slimy and chewy. It was very ??? The steak was done so thoroughly it was one of the worst filet mignon I've had. I've had better at an ayce place than this. Although one of the two dishes was good, the service was terrible, and I honestly should've just gone to a different restaurant for this price (and I will). No tip for such an atrocious service. Ruined my birthday dinner by not knowing how to cook meat. If I could give less than 1 star I would. The person who took my check was very nice though and tried to help. Kudos to that guy for actually caring.

Feeney's is definitely a one of a kind restaurant! I'd driven by it several times and popped in last Sunday to give it a try. I sat at the bar and was able to catch some of the Cardinals game. I'd been searching for good fish and chips and have to say Feeney's was one of my favorites. The fish was tender and fresh and wasn't heavily battered. I could actually taste the fish instead of the breading. They offered two kinds of tarter sauce, with one being spicy. The side of fries was delicious as they weren't overly crispy fried. My only negative was that the fish looked too pre formed, but the taste was definitely there. The atmosphere at Feeney's is funky with lots of wood and sports memorabilia. And my fellow diners were friendly and lively. My only criticism is the bar was a bit dark. I had to use my cell flashlight to order from the menu. But overall, it's a fun place that I will definitely return to.

Always a favorite spot to visit. The picture attached is a Duvel beer. Pretty disappointing to get this beer served flat. Not sure what happened but it wasn’t in the right glassware and was poured 98% flat. Other than that excellent as always.

This is a hole in wall bar with luxury restaurant prices! The restaurant was completely empty but they wouldn't let us sit at a 4 top (had someone with me who is disabled so it would have been easier). Service was okay but super difficult to understand the staff. Prime Rib was dry and gross tasting! We spent over $100.00 on two people! You have to walk through the outside smoking patio to get in and the parking lot is small and a one way so you have to attempt to turn around in the back laundry mat to get out. Not a place I would recommend.

first time eating there on valentine's day. Had to wait 45 minutes to get attention, besides water. finally I was able to order a bottle of wine. I was served after other guests, who got seated after me. Than , I ordered appetizer, escargot, terrible, sent it back, shrimp cocktail, totally overcooked, sent it back. Than, she asked me to leave, basically threw out, said " it's on me" , you can leave. More to come. worst restaurant i ever ate

The atmosphere is great if you like a chill and comfortable place with great food and great drinks look no further, it was awesome! And Maria was great she didn’t put our food order in till we were done relaxing having a few cocktails first. We had the shrimp cocktail which were huge! We also had the rib eye steak, baked potato and salad everything was delicious! We found our new steakhouse.

They serve the best Beef Wellington, period!!! Not just the filet was tender and juicy like heaven, but the fig sauce was perfectly matching with the beef and puff pastry. The salad 🥗 bar offered with main course was nothing but fresh vegetables, and homemade sauces. The interior design of this little wooden house will make your meal a lot more delicious, trust me.
