We’ve eaten at a lot of steakhouses and this one is our favorite in the Phoenix Valley. The atmosphere, service, and the food are AMAZING. Our server was Kay, the nicest lady on planet earth. Great time. Will be recommending to all my friends. Also the best wedge salad I’ve ever had.

Elliott's Steakhouse is another homerun by the folks who brought us Brickyard, Hidden House, and Maple House. Having deliberately tried most of the top steakhouses in the metro area, I am pleased to say ES is an instant favorite. The ambiance, service, and menu all perfectly balance the classic steakhouse experience with a more modern, creative, and refreshed twist. While offering the traditional à la carte steak options, an assortment of sauces, and shareable sides, as is expected at a restaurant calling itself a steakhouse, there are also several more interesting steak dishes offered, in addition to a well-rounded non-steak list of chef specialties. The filet and rack of lamb my wife and I ordered were perfectly cooked and full of meat-forward flavor. The maple lardons were like dessert in meat form. The prosciutto-wrapped lobster medallions were a nice appetizer play on surf and turf. The Old Fashioned was exactly how we like it, spirit-forward with surprising complexity (largely from the table-side smoking). The crème brulée was almost overwhelmingly decadent and easily the most beautiful and delicious version I've had. The olive oil cake was a more unique option, complete with bright berry tartness breaking through rich white chocolate bark. My wife finished her meal with a piping hot cappuccino, which paired well with the olive oil cake. Overall, it was the perfect place to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we look forward to coming back to taste more of this very thoughtful menu.

Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. There was nothing ordinary about the food because each dish has a sauce or foam that’s unique to this kitchen and added to the experience. We ordered beef tartare, Hanoi scallops, burrata, French onion, venison, filet with crab and caviar, fries, grilled asparagus, and made room for desert- olive oil cake. This cake wasn’t just a cake; it was a whole experience with the syrup and the sauces. You absolutely must make a reservation to try this place. It was so good I made a video on Instagram about it. Also our server Collin was attentive, professional, and respectful. He really made the evening feel special for us. Thank you Collin.

We chose Elliott's Steakhouse for our first wedding anniversary dinner, booking a 7:00 p.m. reservation and requesting a quiet table. The day before, the restaurant called to confirm, assuring us of a secluded table upstairs. Upon arrival, however, the parking situation was chaotic. I found a street parking spot nearby, parked, and approached the valet to hand over my keys and receive a ticket, thinking they would move the car. Inside, we waited about 30 minutes at the bar despite our reservation, only to be seated downstairs in a high-traffic, noisy area by the entrance and piano —not at all the quiet, romantic atmosphere we were expecting. Our server Shea was wonderful and attentive, and the appetizers, especially the mushroom tortellini and the bread with lemon butter, were the highlight of the meal. However, the drinks from the bar were underwhelming, and neither of us finished them. For our main courses, my wife ordered a 6 oz steak for $45+, and I opted for a steak pairing for an additional $20. Both steaks arrived after a long wait of about 45 minutes. While we requested medium-well, they came closer to medium-rare, with my wife’s portion being especially undercooked and small for the price. We ended up switching steaks, but unfortunately, both cuts were tough and disappointing. The sides—potato au gratin and lobster mac and cheese—fell flat. The au gratin lacked flavor and cheesiness, missing the mark for one of our favorite dishes. Throughout the meal, three different staff members came to check on us, possibly sensing our disappointment. However, at that point, we were already nearly two hours into the evening and didn’t have the time to wait for any revisions, as we needed to return home for childcare. The ambiance was more of a lively, hip vibe than the intimate, upscale steakhouse experience we’d expected for a $300 meal. On our way out, finding the valet was a challenge. When I handed over my ticket, I saw our car still parked on the street in the same spot where I’d left it initially. After tipping $5, we were handed the keys to fetch the car ourselves. Essentially, the valet service seemed like a monopolized street parking arrangement with an extra cost. While we enjoyed the appetizers and had a lovely server, the experience ultimately didn’t match the special occasion we’d hoped for. Given the price and lack of ambiance, we won’t be returning. Excellent dining experience. Sat at the bar for dinner on a Thursday evening. Dined alone after a work trip wrapped up. The food and service were top of the line. One of the best steaks I’ve had at a fine dining steakhouse. Excellent cocktails as well.

I visited Elliot’s Steakhouse on a busy Valentine’s Day evening, and despite the hectic atmosphere, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service at the bar. Stephanie stood out for her remarkable attentiveness and professionalism. Even with the high volume of customers, she managed to keep everything running smoothly while maintaining a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Her ability to handle the pressure and still provide top-notch service was truly commendable. The wait staff was good and did their job well, but the real highlight of my evening was the outstanding experience at the bar, thanks to Stephanie and her team. I would highly recommend stopping by the bar area if you’re visiting, as the level of service there is unmatched. Overall, Elliot’s Steakhouse delivered a pleasant evening, with the bar staff making it a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Last night, my husband and I had an unforgettable dining experience at Elliott’s Steakhouse. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. We requested a seat outside, and it was the perfect setting for a relaxing evening. We normally go to Hidden House, but this sister restaurant was the right choice for us this past Friday. Our server, Peter, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure that our evening was flawless—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. We couldn’t have asked for better service. The drinks were a highlight. Each cocktail was crafted to perfection, and they really set the tone for the meal ahead. For starters, we had Burrata Salad and Caesar Salad, both of which were fresh and bursting with flavor. The Burrata, in particular, was incredibly creamy, perfectly complemented by the accompanying ingredients. For the main course, I had the King Salmon, which was cooked to perfection—flaky, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The forbidden rice was the best I have ever had. My husband chose the Foie Gras and Mushroom Stuffed Pasta, and it was absolutely divine. The combination of rich foie gras, then earthy mushrooms wrapped in delicate pasta was simply exquisite. Our compliments to the incredible Chef! Overall, Elliott’s Steakhouse provided an outstanding dining experience. The ambiance, food, drinks, and service all came together to create a memorable evening. Highly recommend!
