Went for my wife's birthday. Have a wonderful experience. Ben was an incredible server, and made our night a little more easy and pleasant. The tomahawk was amazing. The dinnerware was nice and clean, the queens room is excellent for parties. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

This place is very nice. I Really like the way it is set up. Feels private while you eat. Food is always outstanding. It is very classy. The service is excellent. They always take good care of us. The sweet potato casserole is as good as my Grandma's.

I can’t say enough good things about a classy place like Ruth’s Chris. Consistently top quality food and an incredible level of professionalism among the staff. We’ll be back.

This exact location reflects the downfall of the Ruth Chris brand, no wonder why the chain is struggling. Any place with signage similar to a hood spot is a RED FLAG and is consistent from the reception employees to the manager. Don’t expect much if you are accustomed to basic standards in customer service. I hope this place remains terrible and the manager and reception employees remain ignorant and unprofessional 😁

First, it was a great experience and the service at Ruth's is exceptional. My steak was good, my wife wanted medium and got medium rare. One of the plates slipped out of a server's grip on to the table delaying her getting her food. Dispite that, we had a great evening.

The Ribeye, medium well, was delicious, served nice and hot, hot! The sweet potato casserole was very good. I always love the creamed spinach. And my salad with homemade Thousand Island dressing was fresh and delicious. Fresh French Bread. Awesome bread pudding. The management is always very attentive to their customers. Service impeccable. This was my birthday meal this evening, and it was delicious! I was served cheesecake with fresh fruit with a sparkler on top. I have eaten at this Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Mobile, Al., for 34 years, and I am never disappointed. There are very few upscale dining opportunities in Mobile, Al. In my opinion, Mobile Ruth's Chris is the best in Mobile, Al., for special occasions -- anniversary, birthday, graduation, engagement, you can't go wrong here.
