Dauphin’s Casual Fine-Dining

Absolutely, beautiful atmosphere and service from the moment you enter the restaurant. It was our first time it will not be our last, we will be coming back for the delicious food and the view. Our waitress Monica was absolutely stellar, she knew all of the questions we had about the menu and she made great recommendations. They had this delicious sweet butter served with their bread before the meal, which was to die for! Thank you! 10/10 recommend

Fancy. Fine. Fantastic. Dauphin’s is a great experience. Fine dining with a casual atmosphere. The food is fabulous, the view is breathtaking and the service is top notch. The vibe is elegant but not stuffy, it’s a very comfortable dining experience. We were a party of ten and all were very happy with everything. The table had steaks of different sorts, pasta and seafood. As usual, I was able to partake of all dishes and I can attest… all great. The presentation is awesome and the servers were fun and friendly. Great experience !

Got chicken sandwich, chocolate cake and key lime pie. Chicken slightly chewy but other than that every thing was on point. Chocolate cake is a must some of the best I have ever had. Delicious bread and butter also.

Worst service I’ve ever had. Not only was the server MIA for over 45 minutes, the manager and GM were ok with it, made excuses and attempted to cover for him. Devon came up and was not even in the same realm we were from his demeanor and visual impairment. Never once said anything about the anniversary we were celebrating that was discussed with the manager, we had to ask each time for refills, we were not offered additional drinks after taking the first and only one we had, and then when we asked about steak knives, he opened the box upside down and almost dropped them all over my girlfriend… All after observing Alysa’s (not sure of the spelling) provide flawless service and a great customer experience followed by exquisite presentation of said steak knives. Wait, it gets better… Finally, Devon confirmed both bills at the table and then proceeded to swipe each of our cards on the opposite (wrong) check. The manager and GM (Dale) took over 20 minutes to resolve the mistake and to this day still have not corrected the double charges. McDonald’s has better service and Felix’s has better food. Extremely embarrassed and disappointed for recommending family to visit and celebrate their anniversary.

My boyfriend and I went to dinner last night and we were blown away by a nice, elegant evening full of amazing food and spectacular service! Our server Lauren (Lo) was the best! The manager was fantastic and I can’t speak well enough about the food. 10/10!

Our absolute favorite place for our birthdays and anniversary!! (And some times even in between) service is excellent especially if you ask your server can be Crow!!! Crow is so friendly and helpful!!!

Everything about this restaurant was amazing!!! I enjoyed it and I will be coming back.. My server was the best.. She made me feel welcome her hospitality was everything… I will be recommending Dauphin’s to my family and friends.. Thank you to the staff you guys made my night amazing..

We came here for a business dinner at sunset. The views are fantastic as is the food and the service. I had the gator bites as an appetizer, the wonderfully flavored Steak Dianne and the smoking bonbons for desert. I will definitely be back. One lovely touch i havent seen at other restaurants is being able to choose your own steak knife.
