Customer Review Summary
Emily and Mandy, the servers, received high praise for their warm and attentive service, making customers feel welcomed and valued. However, multiple reviews reported long wait times for seating and poor initial customer service. Food quality was inconsistent, with several diners expressing disappointment over the taste and presentation, particularly regarding pizzas and steaks. Many patrons thought the prices were not justified by the quality of the food. Overall, while some had positive experiences with service, the majority found the overall dining experience lacking, prompting them to reconsider returning.

We were served by Emily. She was soo sweet and warm. Sometimes people just want to have a nice little outing and are excited to be there. Emily made us feel very welcomed.

My son took me for a late Mother's day lunch today. I had never been here before. Everything was great. Service was over the top with our server Mandy. She was so nice, joked around with us and the best attitude I've ever seen. She was very descriptive about the menu, just an all around great personality. If you go there, ask for her. I promise, she's great. Whatever she is being paid, she definitely deserves a raise! When my son told her the reason for our lunch, she said she was in the back and just happened to notice that they had one wine glass left that they had gave to all the mothers that came in on mother's day and grabbed it for me. How sweet and thoughtful that was of her? She didn't have to do that but I thought it was very sweet of her!

Customer service at the doors always crappy. They will never see you within 10 minutes of the time you arrive and everybody will walk by you and nobody says hey or greet you and the hostess is never at the front. They never seat within a reasonable time. I have waited at the door for 10 to 20 minutes at a time many many times. The food is good if you can ever get seated to enjoy the meal.

Honestly the place wasn’t that bad. We thought it was going to be amazing the way the restaurant looked but we were wrong. Where do I start…the place wasn’t even busy and it took 20 minutes to get seated. Ok no biggie. We waited patiently sitting in the lobby with others all the while asking each other, with all the empty tables what’s taking so long to seat? Even after that long of a wait we were still seated at a dirty table! Ok, now you have to say ok maybe it’s not so bad…we’ve already committed this much time and at this point the kids are starving and if you have to ask yourself should we stay or should we go, trust me, go as far as you can and go to McDonald’s or somewhere else. Unfortunately we decided to stay. What a mistake. It took about 30 minutes after seating just to get our drinks(water). Then about another 30 to get our appetizers(spinach artichoke dip). You know when the chips for the dip are stale things are pretty bad. About another 30 minutes passed and out dinner comes out($13 pretzel, you could tell it was like the frozen ones Walmart sells), ribeye steak(so loaded with pepper and very low grade taste), chicken Alfredo(my son asked me why the chicken tastes so bad…I tasted it and it tasted expired along with his chocolate milk. Let’s just say we were all starving when it came out and everything was so low quality and tasted bad, we were all still hungry when we left. We got there at 6pm and left around 8pm. Needless to say, it was our first and last time to ever go there. I still have the server a decent tip but everything was really a disappointment. $150 down the drain.

Food was mid for $120 for 3 meals an appetizer, and a glass of wine. Took 10 minutes just to get a server. Wings were over seasoned and served with warm ranch, and chicken Alfredo had no flavor. Other two meals were great.

Emily, our server, was excellent tonight. Our food came out in a timely manner and everything tasted incredible! Also compliments to the chef ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I meet a friend here after not seeing them for over a year. I thought this time would be different from the last few times ive come here. I was wrong. We both ordered a large pizza. 29.99 each. Drank some of the draft beers on tap. The pizza came out. Very disappointing. My meat lovers lacked the boasted meat. There was hardly any cheese on either pizza. This has happened a couple of times. Sad really. Its a nice looking place, but the food leaves a lot to be desired. Why i went expecting a different result i dont know. Very unfulfilling dinner. Total cost for 2 people 95.00 including a 14.00 tip. Not worth it.

Went with a friend last night for dinner. Had a trainee server and trainer waiting on us. I ordered a ribeye because I have been craving a steak. I noticed it was hard to cut right away but gnawed down the first cpl of small bites thinking it would get better. It didn't and I had to spit out about a third of it. When the waitress came by, I pointed out that the steak was tough and I could not really eat it. She replied it must be a bad cut of meat and asked if I wanted a to-go box to take the rest home? I remarked that "I guess if I am going to take it home for my dogs." She said OK and brought me a box! That is not what I wanted at all, but I was too tired and had had a long day and did not want to argue or fight about it. On top of it, the vegetables were burnt on the outside and not even close to cooked, so most of them were not edible either. I doubt I will ever go back there to eat and will have a hard time recommending it to anyone else either!
