Texas Roadhouse

Did a mobile order last night and never got the text our food was ready. Sent my husband to the window to ask about it and our food was just sitting there. The person at the window was extremely rude. They didn’t give us the drink that came with our kids meal so I had to send him back to the window to get it. A different person was at the window and was extremely rude. When we got home we discovered the mini cheeseburgers my 6 year old wanted weren’t even edible and half the size of the bread they were on. The burgers were so burnt I wouldn’t even feed them to my dog. The potato skins were hard as a rock. There was zero buffalo sauce on the boneless wings and the rattlesnake bites tasted like they had been made hours before. The only edible thing we ended up with was the salads we ordered. I’m done giving this place money.

We had a party of 10 for 7 o’clock. They would not let us be seated until the other two out 10 people showed up which were running late, of course but still came. In other words, we reserved a table for 10 and it was eight people there and they would not seat us until the other couple came in. Never heard of that in my life that was completely absurd. I ordered a three-piece fish fries, and corn. The fish was so soft when I picked it up it would fall apart. The fries were old. I sent them back. I sent the fries back, but she left the fish on my plate so by the time I got fresh fries, my fish was old and cold. My wife ordered a medium well steak that she had cut open and found out that it was still bleeding so she sent it back and I thought that it was completely crazy that they took the exact same Steak put it back on the grill and brought the steak and the pieces that she had cut back on the plate.. is a former restaurant GM I know for a fact, you should never take food from a customer, especially not to cross contaminate it with adding it back on the grill and sending it back out. For us to reserve an area for a party of 10 we had to sit at two separate tables across from each other right by the bathroom and constantly have people walk across us. This Texas roadhouse was the worst experience that I’ve I’ve ever had from any Texas roadhouse… by the time the weather bought me fresh fries for my cold sake fish I was over it and I just asked for a to go box and I couldn’t even enjoy my meal..

you eat well in this restaurant even though yesterday it was super busy, the only flaw was that the men's bathrooms were very dirty, and during the long wait before they served us the food we ordered, they didn't even serve bread with oil, or anything else, the waitress seemed to be in the clouds 😂 maybe because it was Black Friday 😂🤣

Me and my fiancée came here for a date night, great food, great service, great drinks! Biggest compliment is our wonderful waitress Margaret !!! She made sure we never ran out of anything and took amazing care of us!! 10/10 as a server!!

Waited for 45 minutes. Finally got seated in a booth that still had a water and ice filled serving trey still on the seat. The hostess had a horrible and nasty attitude who also cut another family leaving off while rudely just reaching in front of them. Waited 10 minutes before even being noticed. Had to ask for rolls which we're unable to eat as we don't even have plates to eat on. Ran out of the one thing he wanted because they ran out 20 minutes before we got seated. I was ready to leave within the first 5 minutes of being seated. People who came in AFTER us had rolls and their drinks not 2 minutes after. After food finally got brought out to us, the food was incorrect. After about 3 bites of my food, come to find out there was a French fry in my gravy. Our server was pretty fantastic despite everything so shout out to Skylar for being as great as you could be with the situation. The manager was also nice enough given the situation, trying to rectify it by getting new gravy. Ended up asking just to cancel out our ticket and left.

The hosts up front in the Alabama shirt was very rude along with the other girls....we waited over an hour along with a party of 6 that had reservations in ...I had a text with no more wait time and still wasn't seated nor the other party....never had this experience before visiting this city or restaurant. Then she laughed at everything. Not professional at all.

This is one of my favorite restaurants and this location is up to the Texas Road House standard. They have a great system for getting on the wait-list, which is online through their website. This way you can reserve your spot in line and stay in your car until your table is ready. The service is really great and fast without losing any quality. The food is absolutely delicious with many options to choose from. I like how they always get your personal specifications perfect, such as the cooked temperature of your meat. At the end of the meal, I was able to use a free appetizer coupon and simply scanned the coupon on the ziosk and paid quickly with that device. We often choose Texas Road House for celebrations or a good date night and always leave full and happy! Thanks for always delivering a quality meal and service to your patrons!
