I highly recommend dining at this restaurant. The ambiance and staff was on point. Great food, super friendly and attentive staff. They cook the meat to your liking, which is awesome. The waitress went above and beyond and brought out hubby a plate displaying Happy Birthday.

Always a great experience at a Texas de Brazil. We came here to Huntsville mostly due to this being the closest Brazilian Steakhouse to Nashville (for now). We arrived behind a very large party in the private room but we still got a lot of different meats and the cold and hot bars still looked great. My only complaint was getting charged for sparkling water, we didn't realize we were getting bottled Saratoga Springs but didn't ask prior either so thats a bit on us too. Overall a great time. Make sure you get in before 6 for happy hour!

Poor Communication I booked a reservation for 13 guests on a Saturday and paid the required deposit to secure the table. Upon arrival, we were seated and immediately asked what type of water we wanted (Sparkling, Spring, or Tap), with no mention of prices. We awkwardly agreed to Spring, only to find out later it cost $40. I had booked a dining package that included unlimited non-alcoholic drinks, yet no other drinks were offered until I had to flag down our waitress and show proof of my package. Even then, the staff repeatedly acted unaware of what was included, despite my reservation clearly reflecting it. The service was incredibly disappointing. The salad bar was underwhelming, with raw asparagus that wasn’t fully steamed. The meats were very rare, and when we asked for medium, they accommodated us twice but then completely stopped coming to our table. Despite all our cards being flipped to green, the servers ignored us for the rest of the night. Our waitress was also nowhere to be found for long periods, and my drink stayed empty for half the meal. On top of that, the quality of the meat we did receive was poor, and the overall experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. The atmosphere was interesting, with the tableside meat carving, but the experience was not worth the price. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had my first experience at Texas de Brazil in Huntsville tonight, February 28, 2025. My girlfriend and I wanted to do something special for date night and we chose to “go Dutch,” because we both heard the food was wonderful, if not a little pricey. Upon entry I was struck by how nice the whole establishment looks. I stood there, dumbfounded, for a few seconds. Of course, this is coming from someone used to paying about $20 or so for his own plate at most establishments in and around the Shoals area. I’ll state beyond a shadow of a doubt the food is worth the price! Of particular note is the leg of lamb. It absolutely stole the show for us. I was also mightily impressed by the vegetable selection and lobster bisque. This was my first experience at a Brazilian barbecue, I am just very impressed. Our server was so friendly and attentive and the fellows carrying around the various meat skewers were all personable. The general manager made absolutely sure we were having a great time and was extra attentive because of a food allergy my girlfriend has. I will absolutely be eating here again. It’s worth the money. I will conclude that I could also enjoy just the vegetable selection for the $30ish price as well. We did not have to wait very long at all, but then again we made a reservation for 5:00pm, exactly when they open the doors for dinner service. The restrooms were clean and well maintained.

When we arrived we were promptly taken to our table that had food in all four chairs. We patiently stood there for about 10 minutes until someone asked us if there was a problem. We informed the server and she asked if we wanted her to clean it or just move to another table. We asked her to please clean them. She took our drink order and broke a wine glass next to our table and then spilled ice everywhere. Throughout the entire restaurant, the floors were very slippery and had several small puddles of water. The tables were very close together and we were hitting the customers behind us (and we are small). The gauchos were very rude. There was only one that was kind. The poor quality of the meat was covered up with spices and sugar. The meat was burnt. We kept asking for a medium temp, but kept receiving well done or rare. Both of which were charred on the outside. The gauchos kept skipping and over our table to tend to a large group that was behind us. The meat was very dry. After we were finished, we sat there for at least 30 minutes before we could catch the manager’s attention to ask for our check. The server was nowhere to be found. The bathroom didn’t have toilet paper or any hand soap. We drove about 2 hours to visit this restaurant. Brazilian steakhouses are our favorite, but not this one. In our opinion, this Brazilian steakhouse is the worst of the worst, and is actually one of the most expensive too. We definitely will not be returning.

Over priced, food is good. Sides (fries, potatoes, etc) came out cold. 1st time eating there & the service was not good. Server was very short, not much conversation/communication. We were seated in the corner near the mirrors, we had a rough time getting the meat to come over into our little hole/space. Left earlier then expected due to cold fries (requested more, server explained I had to wait) But after 25mintues of waiting with no fresh fries (they for for my child, birthday celebration) & no meat coming in our area. We decided to leave, got the bill and just paid it, tipped and left unsatisfied with the whole dining experience.

The food at Texas de Brazil is excellent. To start off, I recommend going with some lobster bisque and a side of goat cheese. Once you are at the table it is up to preference in cut of meat. My personal favorite is the filet mignon without bacon. The quality of the food paired with the attentiveness of the server get it to four stars. The only reason for it not gaining a fifth star this time is that the filet that I like best did not come to the table often. If you finish up your main course and have room for dessert, I recommend the chocolate cake or cheesecake.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My family and I went to Texas de Brazil expecting a great dining experience, but what we got was two hours of frustration. Out of those two hours, we spent an hour and a half just waiting for meat. For a place that prides itself on endless servings, it sure felt like we were being rationed. When we finally got some food, it wasn’t worth the wait. The selection was disappointing, and what little we got was dry and flavorless. But the worst part? When we voiced our concerns, our server brushed us off with a sarcastic, “That means you’ll come back tomorrow hungry!” Really? After spending $500 on a meal that was anything but satisfying, that was the response? To make matters worse, when I reached out to management, their idea of making things right was a laughable $20 e-gift card. That’s their way of compensating a ruined birthday dinner for a party of seven twenty bucks. The message was clear: our time, money, and experience meant next to nothing to them. This was my third time here, but after this experience, it might be my last. The service was terrible, the food was mediocre at best, and the attitude from staff was unacceptable. If this is how they handle complaints, I’d rather spend my money somewhere that actually values its customers.
