Our Valentine's Date Night was truly exceptional. Our reservation was scheduled for 7:30 PM, and we received multiple text reminders leading up to our arrival. We checked in approximately 15 minutes early and were warmly welcomed upon entering. Though the atmosphere was quite lively, we were promptly escorted to our table before our reserved time. The restaurant featured dim lighting, with small lamps adding a cozy ambiance to each table. Our waiter was highly attentive and demonstrated extensive knowledge of the menu. The bread and cinnamon butter were absolutely delightful. For his appetizer, my husband enjoyed the Whiskey Shrimp on Country Toast, which he found excellent. His cocktail of choice for the evening was the Jackson Old Fashioned, while I opted for the Midnight Margarita. For the main course, I ordered the NOLA Grilled Shrimp, which was both flavorful and well-prepared. My husband selected the Cedar Plank Salmon, which he thoroughly enjoyed. By the end of our meal, we were completely satisfied and unable to indulge in dessert. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations, and we will certainly return in the future.

Bistro chicken Jackson old fashioned w/ cherry juice at Josh’s suggestion. The chicken was tender and juicy. The breading was perfectly distributed and perfectly seasoned, the sauce consistency was delicious and smooth. The broccoli was cooked to perfection still crunchy and extremely flavorful. My drink was absolutely delicious. Extremely smooth while not at all lacking its bourbon content. With the addition of the cherry juice it was absolutely divine. The staff was attentive and extremely professional. Very personable while maintaining efficiency. The location is excellent. Madison needed another high end restaurant like this one. I will be back regularly. The bar manager Landon came and introduced himself and confirmed the quality of my experience.

We went here for Valentine's Day and had such a great experience. Our server, Katie, was super nice! She was super attentive and gave great recommendations. My boyfriend got the salmon, and I got the sea bass. Both of them were amazing. Compared to other high-end restaurants in Huntsville, we left full and satisfied. They also start you off with this fried bread with cinnamon/honey butter, and oh my goodness, it was the best bread I've ever had. We also got a chocolate cake for dessert, and it was massive. We couldn't finish it after dinner. Definitely will be coming back here sometime. Hopefully for brunch or lunch!

Tuna poke nachos were a standout. The steak pictured is not burned, it just has a delicious coffee crust. The scallop potatoes were great. Shrimp were huge and juicy. The dinner rolls, not pictured, were very sweet and more like a dessert!

Steaks were overcooked and had to be returned. New steaks were better but still not cooked correctly. Service was not good. Drinks were not refilled regularly. We had to flag down a manager and another server just to pay our bill. This is a new place so I hope that it improves.

Celebrating Valentine’s Day! This was our first time getting to try this place. The bread and butter that they serve is amazing. Definitely try the steak egg rolls. The house salad with the house made buttermilk ranch was a great choice. My husband got the NY Strip and baked potato and he said it was great. I got the Ribeye and it was good but I’ve had better. They cooked it medium well instead of medium at first but they fixed it. The creamed spinach is so delicious. The Carrot Cake is top tier, somebody grandma made it lol. We will definitely be back and will recommend.

Allbany was an amazing server—attentive, friendly, and made our experience even better! The food was absolutely delicious, and the Steak Egg Rolls were definitely the highlight. The staff was helpful and happy to answer all of our questions. We’ll definitely be back!

Got to experience a nice lunch at Stoney River on a busy Sunday afternoon. Our reservation was made 5 days in advance and when we showed up, people with no reservation were being told up to a 2.5 hour wait. We were seated promptly within minutes. Everything is shiny and new and clean. The service was kind of confusing. A lady came and asked what drinks we wanted. Another person brought the drinks but didn't ask if we were ready to order. Our waiter, Henry came to the table about 30 minutes in and asked if we were ready to order. We ordered and he brought us water to the table but didn't refill the empty tea. Eventually we got the biscuits and then the salad. Both were delicious and the biscuits came with butter and some kind of blueberry preserves. My husband's prime rib was good but not great. My bistro chicken was very good but my mashed potatoes were cold and the broccoli underseasoned. All in all it was a positive experience and they are probably just working out the opening jitters. I would recommend it for a nice date night.
