Logan's Roadhouse

Spent the day with my family and we all decided to stop by and give Logan’s another try (bad experience previously). Our server, Chelsea, was amazing! She was attentive, friendly, and catered to us in a “you’re part of the family” kind of way. Unfortunately, where the service was phenomenal, the food was a huge disappointment and was borderline a health hazard. My table ordered a ribeye steak, wood grilled chicken, and I had the wood grilled salmon with rice and mashed potatoes. The rice was gummy and overcooked, and the salmon was great- until I got towards the center. The center was undercooked and “gummy”, and I only noticed after I had already swallowed half of it. Additionally, the chicken my mother had was pink in the center. If only the food matched the service, you guys would have a bang up business!

So I would have to say Jennifer. You are amazing. Keep doing what you do best The cooks not so much. Man you guys slacking. My side was no longer here. Kind of sucks but it's okay. I still enjoyed the steak though. But truly would have been nice to have that steamed broccoli. It's ok though maybe next time.

Customer service here was excellent. We spent a week in the area and visited Logan's about 4 times. Food was cooked to our liking. No one rushed us out of the table. The manager stopped by to make sure everything was going well with our order and told us to find her with any issues. Salmon, shrimp, steak, potatoes, soups, broccoli, French fries, drinks, and more were perfectly seasoned. I dropped one star because they don't have bottle water tea or coffee. Leaving me with two choices, no drink or sugary drink... not good! Our favorite server, Bri. She is exceptional!

Stopped in for dinner. Sarah was our server and bar tender. What a great personality and so accommodating. I appreciate someone with such a great work and customer care ethic after traveling all day. Thanks Sarah, your the best! Eric, California.

The food was excellent, I ordered the Logan's Wood-Grilled Chicken with broccoli and roadhouse rice, and dessert was a brownie sundae. It was delicious and the staff is amazingly nice and attentive. I would recommend a visit.

my experience at logan’s was bitter sweet to say the least. the food was pretty good. although their bartender kept disappearing. had one of the customers behind the bar doing her dishes. and came back smelling like marijuana. not a good way to keep business.

Ordered a sirloin medium rare, it came back well welldone. They took it back got me another one it came back well well well done again. Another guy came in and sat next to me ordered a medium rare ribeye when it came out it was well done also 😥. I need my refund at this point! the green beans, Caesar salad and sweet potato were good. The bartender is the nicest person you could ever ask for as always, she's the best and it's embarrassing that she has a horrible back of house cooks that she has to take the heat for, like get some meat temp gauges for jeez sake 😆 it's not hard to cook to temp as ordered. Do better 🙄
