A cool spot in Bridgestreet with fairly mid food and service. Everyone raves about their pizzas, but wife got the Great White, which looked like it had been sitting out for a day (see pics). It was dry, and crumbly, with hardly any sauce... I got the prime rib, which wasn't too impressive, given the price tag. For a few bucks more, you could get top notch prime rib next door at Connor's. We also got the fried mac & cheese balls, which I only recalled because I took a picture of them - pretty, but not too memorable otherwise. Service was also lacking. It was kinda busy, so I don't hold it too much against our waitress, who we only saw 3 times throughout the meal. About the only thing that was good was the pizookie, but it's hard to mess up a skillet cookie with ice cream on top! Overall, it was alright. We've been to much better BJ Breweries... This one is poorly staffed and managed. Given the options in Bridge Street, it's easy to find much better quality and service.

Little bit of every kind of food for everybody. The food is a bit pricey, but the proportions make it that price. The server I had was an absolute doll. I didn’t catch her name, but she was really sweet. She did accidentally spill my mimosa on me which she profusely apologized for and took off one of our appetizers because of it. Honestly I didn’t think it was too much of a big deal I just didn’t want to smell too much like alcohol driving home haha! BJ’s is staple at Bridge Street and is always a great experience.

This is the mini deep dish pizza. Yeah don't get it lol pretty sure the "crust" was a literal hamburger bun. Other food came out fine but both mini deep dish pizza's were like this....

Went here with my sister a few weeks ago while we were both in town since it was one of the few places open late near our hotel. The menu is huge and had a variety of different food to choose from. I believe it's a 15 page menu. We did Mozzarella sticks for an appetizer and I had a turkey club sandwich and she got a personal pizza. My sandwich was good, nothing extraordinary, and her pizza was actually delicious. The crust is very airy and had a great flavor. We wanted to try their pizcookies but were too full after our meal. Service was decent, it was late and close to closing. Nothing exceptional but also no complaints. It's a big, open space which I appreciate and I can see how it's busy during more popular times. Would come back again to try more but I also think Huntsville has many other local options I would prefer.

Great place for a bite to eat. You can get a $15 burger or salad... or a $35 3 course meal. I will be back with the family for sure!

I usually don’t write reviews but my experience here was probably one of the most unpleasant ones. It was 4 of us and place was busy. We didn’t have to wait much but we were seated at a table which wasn’t even set. Our server was kind but not attentive. He was only coming to us when we were looking for him. I ordered a $30 dish. I was asked how I would like my steak cooked. Medium rare. When I received the steak it was way over cooked. For a $30 dish I decided it’s only fair to send it back. The next one I got was literally raw piece of meat. Not a good cut either. It was chewy and full of cartilage. We had to look for the server yet again. He said he would take it off the bill. When we were ready to pay we saw that I was charged twice so in a way I was paying for the meal after all. We had to look for the server again, as he would not check on us if we didn’t need anything. Over all very unpleasant experience. I don’t know if it is a kitchen issue, service issue or management. It is most likely all of the above. It is unfortunate as I see the potential in this place but seeing all of the owner responses to other reviews they seem very generic and I don’t anticipate any change. We would not be coming back.

Our waitress, Cortney was amazing!!! Give her a promotion! Right now! We didn’t get our appetizer because apparently the screen was cleared before our order was on the line. Not cool. Only our server, Cortney, came out and apologized twice. Not the manager. I feel like that wouldn’t have been too much to ask since it was not busy at all. We were there around 3pm. Very slow for this type of establishment. Great place. Would still recommend but ask for Cortney to serve you!!! She deserves alllll the business!
