Customer Review Summary
Overall, experiences at Morton's The Steakhouse are mixed. Many guests appreciated the service, citing attentive and friendly staff like Paula and Alex, as well as memorable moments like birthday celebrations. However, the quality of the food received criticism, particularly regarding the steaks which were often described as under-seasoned, overcooked, or lacking flavor. Some diners enjoyed specific items like the Wagyu Filet, French Onion Soup, and desserts, but others were disappointed with dishes such as the lobter mac and tomahawk steak presentation. Service inconsistencies were noted, with reports of long waits and unresponsive staff at times. Despite high prices, which some felt weren't justified by the experience, several patrons expressed a desire to return for the overall atmosphere and some standout food items. The restaurant was recommended for special occasions, particularly when service meets expectations.

We almost didn’t go because of the ratings but we were pleasantly surprised. Paula, our waitress was so nice and the gave great recommendations. The hostess was also very nice The food was pretty good(Filet Mignon butterflied with cold lobster tail). Would definitely recommend.

Great location and ambience so i was surprised to not see this place packed on a Friday night but enjoyed it. Had the opportunity to get the tomahawk special which was very filling. My server Alex was great!! Over great experience but a couple of cons on the food 1) when i order a tomahawk i would prefer it be presented on the bone as a tomahawk then asked if i would like for it cut 2) the lobster Mac was ok but lacked a little flavor (again my preference)

First time at a Morton’s and the experience fell flat. The steak I ordered was OK at best. No seasoning and not well seared. Service wise we waited a long time for drinks otherwise was polite and timely. One remarkable part of the experience was the hostess letting us check in our bags while we ate. That was very nice. Overall, I don’t think I’d return here on my own dime.

What can I say? It was a phenomenal experience! Our waiter, Grif, was awesome! He was hilarious! So attentive and professional. It was my birthday and they took my picture, treated us to a wonderful dessert, and made us want to come back again. For reference, I had the Wagyu Filet (omg it was so good! I'd sell my soul.... sorry) and he had the Tomahawk steak, my man ate it ALL! That's how good his steak was!

Food was good. I had the bone in ribeye medium, was a tad over medium would have preferred a bit more rare also did not have a ton of flavor. The chopped salad was great and fries were awesome. The menu was pretty good and good selections of wine. The service was subpar. Our waiter disappeared for long periods of time and we had a group of 6. Took three asks for a gluten free menu to 3 different servers. They were not super busy so the slow service not acceptable.

Wonderful experience. The best French Onion Soup I’ve ever had! The steak literally melts in your mouth and the brûlée strawberry cheesecake was phenomenal. Everything was phenomenal. 10/10 highly recommend!

The steaks were seriously under cooked, I asked for medium, warm pink center, it was rare. The waitress did one to check on the steak wellness with us, but I was cutting my disabled brothers chicken and she didn't come back to check. She only checked in us a couple of times. The side were good. We were offered a bread to take with us, and was told that it would be delivered by some 'imaginary' help who never showed up AFTER she got the cash tip. She just left us waiting at the table. We finally left. Our reservation was at 1:15pm. Hopefully with that, you can figure out the waitress. We knew this was a expensive restaurant, we can for what was expected as superb service and extremely high quality food and with excellent cooks. Not at all what we got. Just so every one knows Bill $329.00, $67.00; 20% tip was left, even under these poor conditions. Well, NEVER come back.

The BEST steakhouse and no other one comes close. The service is immaculate and the food is absolutely delicious and worth every penny. Alex was our server and truly made our experience pleasant, we never needed anything. We had a slight issue with our table seating in which the manager Danny was very accommodating and quickly resolved the issue making our anniversary dinner perfect. The au gratin potatoes are the best I’ve ever had and we loved the cocktail menu choices. Overall, we would highly recommend celebrating your special occasion at this location.
