**4.5 Stars. The food and service here are phenomenal. Highly recommend the pork belly. Steak was cooked perfectly. I would go here again for the food for sure. If it's great food you are looking for definitely go, if you're looking for super fancy ambiance and romance, not as much. Only complaint is that it is loud and feels very crowded. Too many tables in a small space. Other than that it's great. Crista was our server and was amazing.

truly appreciate the originality of the food—it's incredibly delicious, and I always look forward to dining here with my partner. The ambiance is cozy and peaceful, with seating arrangements varying based on how busy it is. The space between tables is more spread out in the summer. I recommend making a reservation, especially during holidays.

Braised pork belly - good, but was little bit on the bland side Ahi Tuna - The fish was very good, but the fried rice was mushy New Zealand Elk - the best dish we had there. The meat was very tender and flavorful.

Good small fine dining place. The atmosphere is good and the service is awesome. Our foods were great from bread, crab cake appetizer, salad, sorbet, lamb tenderloin steak, beef tenderloin steak, wine, and cocktails. Well…that’s pretty much everything we had that night. Highly recommend!

I visited this steakhouse and ordered a ribeye it was absolutely delicious! The attention from the staff was outstanding, and I also loved the fresh salad and high quality wine. The only downside was that the space was a bit small, and the tables were quite close to each other. Overall, a great dining experience with amazing food and service!"

You definitely need reservations! In short, the food is excellent and service is very good. But the atmosphere has a lot to be desired starting with how close the tables are placed and how noisy it gets. You will have a difficult time hearing the person across the table from you on a busy night. Expect to pay about $50 per person without drinks or dessert. Go early if you want a reasonable parking spot.

Tiburon was amazing!!! It was a Valentine’s Day splurge for us, and it was spot worth it. My husband wanted to buy a pint of the green apple sorbet. Thanks for a phenomenal experience!

Wow! I just went here with my husband for the first time and we were so happy with everything. We were seated right away from our reservation, our orders were taken quickly and the food started arriving soon after. Nate was our server and he was attentive and helpful. He never missed a beat. The food was layered with Flavor and freshness with each course. The scallops melted in my mouth, the salad was fresh and bright, the green apple/lime sorbet was crisp and yummy. We couldn't have been more pleased with the salmon and the lamb main courses. They were cooked to perfection. We would come here again for sure and YOU should try it!
