The food is amazing… only one draw back. They don’t sell rice, but that is ok, it’s a steakhouse. By the way, easily the best charro beans in Texas! The beans are amazing!!! Guillermo, our server was awesome and we will back to taste the steaks.

Excellent steakhouse with a unique atmosphere. The steaks were flavorful and cooked to perfection. The potato soup was the best I’ve ever had! Our server, Guillermo, was fantastic!

Today we visited the new steakhouse on San Antonio's far north side, Tu Asador Mexican Steakhouse and we were very pleased with the professional, friendly and helpful staff from the moment we entered. We were quickly seated and a bowl of home delicious potato chips were brought while we looked over the menu. The home potato chips were slowly eaten to appreciate the flavor while we waited for our food. Our plates were brought by another friendly staff member who politely offered his bon appetite and left us to savor the flavors of lunch. I will add that the prices are very reasonable and the food was excellent and we will continue to visit Tu Asador Mexican Steakhouse, I do encourage you to come and visit for yourself.

Tried today with family in town & we enjoyed the food! I’ll say the “chips & salsa” was odd, basically was potato chips& hot sauce BUT the entrees were great ! Had the tacos & tabla de carne asada!

Well this place was much fancier than I thought it would be. We were pleasantly surprised at the decor and atmosphere. Guillermo, our waiter was funny and attentive. I had the Tabla de Carne Asada, sirloin, and my wife had enchiladas suizas. Both were very authentic and well prepared. Great new place to put on the list for anyone who loves authentic Mexican cuisine. 100% recommended!
