The Palm was amazing. From the service to the food to the environment. I had a great experience at the restaurant. Also I want to shout out to the staff for their professionalism. When I arrived there was a birthday group that were being loud and obnoxious. It’s not the type of happy birthday loud. But I was the type of loud behavior that would make one cringe with their remarks they were making and table manners as well. The staff was very professional and considerate of all others in the restaurant, checking on us and making sure we were okay and apologizing for the group’s behavior. Thank you for being so nice staff and professional with everyone in the restaurant and not letting that behavior get to you. The food was amazing. My steak was a perfect medium. The margarita was delicious I had to tell myself not to drink it all at once. I highly suggest going. Be cognizant that you will be spending quite a bit of money on this meal.

Everything was absolutely amazing. They’re having bad experience at a place. I went before I walked in the door, it definitely turned around Jason the bartender was phenomenal. The food was delicious. Best old-fashioned I’ve had in San Antonio and in a long time. I definitely will be back. I got the Wagyu lasagna special.

I had the filet mignon & it was exquisite! I added black truffle butter on my well done filet & OMG! It came with a full roasted garlic and I smeared some on my filet & the flavor was simply a party in my mouth! I can’t wait to go back for the filet again! My other favorite was the lobster bisque. It was full of flavor. I highly recommend this restaurant. The service was outstanding!

This was a great place to try a really good steak per my husband. He said it was top notch. The lobster bisque was amazing. The shrimp pasta was okay, I'm not a meat lover so I stuck to seafood and it was accepional. The drinks were great. I think I would have enjoyed a live pianoest or jazz performer..or just some love music for the price that you pay. The wall was too busy for me but my husband loved it. Overall I would go back for a meal! Total spent for two over 200

Try the lobster bisque it’s too die for! The staff was super friendly and the food was so good! I can’t wait to come back. Shout out to our waiter Jason that made celebrating our court marriage a memory to last a lifetime. Thank you guys for being so attentive!

Went for a date night with hubby. Ordered steak with mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the mashed potatoes were rich and creamy. Everything was so good. Service experience was also a plus.

Everything was great! A little rocky at first but the manager on shift took charge and not only served me made some great suggestions! And she made sure the give me the meat Ball starter for free!! The meat ball is a must do!! I had the wagu steak for the first time and it was amazing!! And the Donuts for dessert! Over all a straight 10 on everything!!

Our server Amy was fantastic! We sat at the bar and had the wedge salad filet mignon for lunch and tiramisu for desert. Would definitely recommend sitting at the bar in Amy’s section for lunch!
