What can I say, this was fine dining at its finest. The service was great, and the atmosphere is what you'd expect from a restaurant that's inside of a grand hotel. Presentation of every dish was food art. You know the chef went to a culinary school. It's definitely not home cooking and is on the higher side of one's taste pallet, it was a good foodie experience. I'm glad we got to check them out.

Restaurants generally in hotels aren't the best. Wish I'd done better research before dining here. We valeted, and while walking to our table, we were hit with a foul smell like I'm about to dine in the sewer. For the most part, our meal was ok except for my raw lamb chops. Don't think I'll dine here again.

One of the best fine dining in San Antonio. Located in the most beautiful hotel. I’ve never had a bad dish. They even have an amazing happy hour and the best warm lobster roll in the Continental US.

Celebrated our anniversary at Rebelle, and it was perfect! Eric provided excellent service and made fantastic recommendations that elevated the evening. The food, ambiance, and attention to detail were top-notch. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

Best service ever!! My new york steak was absolutely delicious, oysters were small but great. 9/10 on everything . Crab dip was amazing too

Warm greeting, good server and runner. Food was incredible! Started with warm bread, scallop main, accompanied by a side of oyster mushrooms. A PERFECT trio. While the kitchen and house were great, little things like no spread knife w/bread, after runner presented, server didn't refresh drink on the check. Almost perfect, but not quite.

Food was just ok but our waiter was great. They forgot our potatoes, warm sourdough was served cold and the cioppino was very gritty. The chocolate cake was the star of the show.

Cute date night place located in St. Anthony hotel. It was very elegant but they sat us at the most undesirable table close to the bar. We went for my birthday but it wasn't anything special. No card or anything like other fine dining restaurants we go to. The hostess was really awkward and lack social skills. They shortly closed for carbon monoxide but opened the restaurant back up for reservations only. The food took a lot longer than expected. It was an over an hour before our entrees arrived. The waitress was very knowledgeable on the menu but a little aggressive at trying to get us to order more side dishes too I guess so she can get a bigger tip. She kept emphasizing how small their kitchen is, perhaps why it took so long. The price was pricey for the lack of quality. Presentation of the food was underwhelming. I was expecting more from my cast iron steak but it was okay usually there's supposed to be a nice crust when it's cooked on cast iron. The whole shallots with my steak definitely threw me off. I'm not sure if the intent is to make it edible with the steak or not but take it off if it's not made to be edible since it lack aesthetic. The waitress kept raving on and on about the fries but it was anything but mediocre, at least add some truffle or parmesan for the way she was talking about it. My tartar lack a hint of acidity. The octopus was delicious but serving it on a bed of beans is very weird. When I think of beans I think of southern cooking not fine dining. The beans lacked flavor as well. The lobster & king crab was cooked perfectly. Overall I wouldn't consider this fine dining for the quality. You're pretty much paying for the ambiance/location
