My wife and I had a fantastic dining experience at LongHorn Steakhouse yesterday! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the stage for a great meal. My wife enjoyed the 8oz sirloin, which was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. She paired it with fried okra and a Caesar salad, both of which were fresh and delicious. I opted for the 12oz New York Strip, cooked medium well to my preference, and it was absolutely spot on—tender, juicy, and full of rich, smoky flavor. The sweet potato and steamed asparagus were excellent complements to the meal, and my glass of Silver Gate Merlot tied everything together beautifully. A huge shoutout to our server, Kailey M., who provided top-notch service throughout the night. She was kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Her recommendations and friendly attitude made our experience even better. Overall, LongHorn Steakhouse delivered great food, excellent service, and a wonderful dining experience. We’ll definitely be returning soon! Highly recommended!

We had our Cibolo Dental Annual Christmas party here! Our server Luna was excellent and funny. The food was cooked just right and we all enjoyed our desserts and drinks. The passion fruit margarita was a hit. The staff did not rush us and allowed us to truly enjoy our meal and time together! 🔥🔥🔥

First experience with Longhorn, and we liked it. The waiting time can be discouraging but we made it😊. Very happy with our service(Elias👌🏽⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)! Food was good,I recommend and See you next time guys!

I normally get my orders to go. I've only been inside once & picking up my to-go order. I liked what I was seeing from where I was standing. I do know that the carry out crew is very nice & even though they tell you a 15 to 20 min. delivery time, I've never had to wait that long. The price of either potato (regular/sweet) is remarkably the lowest in town.

Our original server had gotten a huge party seated right before us so another server stepped up and took us off her hands so she could concentrate on the big group. The young lady who took over had a full section already but was still attentive and cheerful. And the food was perfectly cooked. The chicken literally melted in my mouth. The steak was a perfect medium rare and wasn't chewy at all. Great experience.
