I’ve been coming here for years. I know they lost there manger time back and seems to been struggling with quality since but still have come back . I have even had a banquet here with 30 people. I have always loved it cause it’s smaller and cozier than the other larger Brazilian restaurants have our bday parties and celebrations here but last couple of times I came something is off on quality, management, service and it is not cheaper than the competition. This last time came in tonight at 8:45 on Saturday night staff looked more worried about closing, cleaning and setting up for the next day than taking care of our table they close at 10pm . Place looked very slow for a Saturday night also. Had to ask numerous times for a Gaucho to even get served meat. Looked like not one gaucho was out front for a while Then They were out of most meats only got 3 cuts of meat said they were out of cuts the meats til next day and what came out were hard even at medium temp and lacked salt or flavor. Hope mangment can really figure it out cause was our favorite spot since falling in love with it after trying the one in Vegas. $300 ticket for 3 people with tip And lack of quality even the salad bar has gone down, no prosciutto , no parmesan wheel more even solid small pieces only powdered one. Had some cold cut salami and some cheese with no flavor. Really let us down could have gone to 5 other competitors places and know would have been better.

This was literally the worst Brazilian steak house I’ve ever been to. The food was either over seasoned or bland. Super salty lamb chops and cheap Parmesan pork. Pretty expensive too for the low quality restaurant. I can’t say that anything really stood out. Very empty and very awkwardly quiet. They didn’t even play a light ambience. Honestly guys, just stick to Fogo De Chao. Overall very disappointed for 135 bucks

Went there a few days ago. We were very happy with the service. Employees were always nice and attentive. It wasn’t chaotic, just peaceful. The food was very very good. Much better than Fogo de chão. They had a lot of different varieties of meats, as well as things in the salad bar. Chicken salad and carrot soup were my favorite from the salad bar. Cuts of meat were cooked perfectly. Crème brûlée was amazing! Loved loved it! Head chef (Marcos) was very kind and would come out to check that food was well. Very happy with this place! ! Will definitely be coming back!

Too slow. When they finally bring meat, they don’t ask all parties at the table whether they want it. They are in constant rush. The grilled pineapple was excellent, I liked it. The lamb ribs were great too, but only some people at our table were fortunate to try it. They didn’t bring us more of it.

My husband and I came here for our date night. The environment was very inviting. Nice music, continuous food coming out the salad bar and was stacked. Pineapples were yummy! Our waiter, Eddie and Benjamin were on point. Truly all the servers did an awesome job keeping us fed. Recommend you come here for a great experience!! We ate the steaks up faster than I could capture a picture :-)

Went here for our anniversary. Had reservations hoping for a nice romantic dinner. We were apparently seated in the "party" area next to a literal football team of kids. The area we were in was filled with VERY loud kids/families (which is fine in a normal setting but not expected at this type of restaurant in my opinion). Took forever for the waitress to even address us. She brought my husbands second beer and forgot my glass of wine and we didn't see her again for 45 mins. Thankfully I had my water that was poured for us when we first sat down. Had food dropped on me by a passing serving and again by our waitress when she was clearing plates from our table. Yes, I had a full roll of bread dropped onto my hair and down my back. It was so loud we couldn't hear what the servers were saying as they were bringing the meats around. Kept getting passed up even though our placards were green. Had to continuously flag down people just to get food. The food was decent but a definite let down from the previous 3 times we've been here. To top it off, our anniversary cheesecake came out reading "Happy Hanniversary", which we laughed at but thankfully we're the type to laugh that type of thing off because others could have raised a fuss. If you're into loud, dark atmospheres and slow service- I guess give them a try. Not worth the $130 for 2 people in my opinion.

Best Brazilian steakhouse, and I been to plenty. My kid loved it , too many protein meats with just the right seasonings cooked into it . It was well worth the price n can’t want for the next time

The majority of the meat we did get, was good. What we wanted, they didn't have on a Friday night at 6p.m when they opened again for dinner service at 4p.m....I wanted the Leg of Lamb & Salmon. The mashed potatoes weren't very hot & the taste was lacking. I had to ask twice for the lamb, till they told me they didn't have any & three times for the chicken heart. My husband also found a piece of plastic (it looked like it came from a corner of a frozen fruit bag) in our Papaya Cream Dessert at the end of the night (we were obviously done at that point). The drinks we got were good & the best thing there was the Pineapple, honestly. Our server was good & did try to make up where he could (we still tipped him well🖤). This was our First time there & unfortunately, our Last.
