We had the best experience with Fallon on Valentine’s Day! Fallon was so sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. The other staff helping Fallon that evening with our drinks and food delivery were also so nice! It was a true 5 star experience. The atmosphere was calm and romantic even though it was full house. Food was out of the world. Best salmon I have even had. Cooked to perfection and the sauce and almonds just elevated the taste. *chefs kisses* Hubby had the dried aged bone in New York strep. Steak was juicy and had so much flavor! Truffles fries, Brussels sprouts, and, French onion soup and Cesar salad made it a perfect meal! Drinks were top notch and strong! 💖 Can’t wait to go back!

This was my first time at the Plano location. This location exceeded my expectations! Especially my waitress Shay!! She was absolute PERFECTION! My husband and I share the same bday and she made our whole night! I told her what cut of meat I want and for her to dress it his she likes!!! Chefs kiss! Her personality was a delight!! Patrick is the GOAT… We arrived fifteen minutes early for our 7:30pm reservations and we were seated on time. Patrick, our server arrived with a personalized greeting. My husband and I were impressed the way he addressed us by our name. After we selected the wine he took our order. The fillet mignon was cooked to perfection. I had the salmon and we shared the Lobster Mac & Cheese. Everything was absolutely delicious. Capital Grille Plano is a palatable dining experience. Patrick made it magically special. His attention to details, timing, delivery and his smile are his hallmarks. Some friends came to our table and Patrick was most accommodating. This restaurant offers a beautiful ambiance and comfortable seatings. But, most of all, the GOAT of the evening was our server Patrick. By the time we were ready for our check, he did a back handed swivel and handed it to us. We had to laugh that he’s so on top of his game, he had it ready. We’ve eaten at many high end restaurants, but The Capital Grille Plano was our best experience. If you are fortunate enough to have Patrick as your server, you’ll be in for a pleasant surprise. Albeit, everyone was pleasant and courteous.

The Parmesan risotto underneath it has a great flavor and texture also. Caesar salad was great, a classic with good dressing. My husband enjoyed the beet and goat cheese salad. He had the tomahawk veal, I’m not sure if he’d get that particular entree again, but it seemed like he liked it well enough. It’s pretty loud inside, but we will be returning.

If I could give ten stars I would! We celebrated my brothers birthday at this location and we were not disappointed! The atmosphere is so calming and the service is impeccable! Patrick was our waiter with Erica assisting. They kept us laughing, gave us prompt service, great menu selections, and they handled my brothers cake with care! We appreciate the service and the food was DIVINE! We are still talking about it! Thank you to management for being so accommodating to our needs in celebration my brother! We will definitely come back for future special occasions! Kiddos to the valet as well. Very kind!

5 star service from Hannah! The food was delicious. Steak was cooked perfectly. My wife who usually doesn't like steak actually enjoyed it. Sea bass was excellent as well. Creme brulee was amazing. We were delighted the fruits were so sweet since technically they aren't in season yet. We will definitely be back!!
