Great customer service! Friendly staff that went above and beyond to celebrate an anniversary. The ribeye was good; however, the fried mushroom topping was really salty. 🧂 We enjoyed the pre-cut crab legs. 🦀 The pasta was also salty. If ever the opportunity, we would give them another try.

10/10 dining experience. Went to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and the experience was just amazing! We were met with complementary birthday champagne, which was just so thoughtful. Our server, Bill, was very attentive and caring. He gave the best recommendations! The manager, Michael, was so extremely kind. He checked on our table several times, and he even threw in something special for my boyfriend’s birthday meal. The food was phenomenal, and the atmosphere was very nice as well. We absolutely plan on returning, and I definitely recommend to anyone that is considering booking a reservation. Definitely the best customer service I’ve ever had at any restaurant! The kind of service that makes one’s day and guarantees returning customers.

I indulged in the tomahawk steak and king crab, which were absolutely delicious. The tomahawk was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, while the king crab was fresh and flavorful. We were surprised with complimentary champagne to make the evening even more special! It was a lovely touch that added to the celebration. Overall, this steakhouse exceeded my expectations in every way. With excellent service, a classy environment, and mouth-watering food, I highly recommend it for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion. I can’t wait to return!

Once a month, every month for 5 years and counting me and friends meet for an exquisite dinner out. This month I chose Flemings in Plano. The gals ordered their usual filet mignon and I ordered my seabass. We each had our own preferred glasses of wine. No, I didn’t order a white wine but Pessimist, a red blend. The lobster bisque was good but my favorite item was the (extra) crispy brussels sprouts! Actually, we all loved them. This restaurant only got 4 stars because when I made reservations I requested not to seat us in the back. However, when we arrived they walked us to the very back of the dining room! Given it was a Wednesday evening the venue was not at all crowded. I immediately insisted on a table closest to the front of the dining room. It was perfect for us. The manager did apologize.

Absolutely incredible. The food was top notch, along with the drinks. My only complaint was that our server disappeared on us on 3 different occasions & on 2 of them was on empty on my drinks for over 15 minutes. we didn’t leave a 20% tip because of it but he still earned $80 as a tip.

My friends and I experienced Flemings for DFW restaurant week and it was awesome! I highly recommend coming here! The food was not only fresh, but flavorful and savory. Our server, Pierre was warm and accommodating. The atmosphere was quiet and intimate. We had a good time. I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!
