Make a reservation! You will probably need one. If you're visiting for a special occasion and note it they will make sure it is very special. We went for my daughters birthday, and they were awesome in helping celebrate! The photo ops are awesome. There was a DJ when we went, and an aerialist too! Drinks were fabulous. Food was delicious. The complimentary cotton candy at the end with a sparkler was the perfect end to the dinner!! Highly recommend 👌

We chose this spot for our 2025 Galentine’s celebration, and overall, it was a great experience! Our waiter was fantastic, though the service was a bit slower than expected. It didn’t seem like the restaurant was too busy, so it felt like our waiter might’ve been juggling too many tables, which wasn’t really his fault. The drinks, on the other hand, were excellent! Came here for my 40th birthday & also celebrated my 4th year being cancer free. This was a light but huge celebration for me & I can't express enough how much we enjoyed ourselves. There was no waiting, we got right in with our reservations & I got to meet Alex while the rest of my party was coming. She was so welcoming, kindhearted & just overall attentive to us during my visit. She made sure food & drinks were out in a timely manner. And when it was time for my cake, she wrote an amazing message on a plate for me that made us all tear up. I can't not express how she truly touched my heart & made my special day so memorable. I love her to pieces for this. A true core memory! The food was delicious, music was great, amazing fun vibe, amazing service, beautiful restaurant & more! I got to meet the manager Josh, as I wanted to share all the shine that Alex brought to me & my friends. Very welcoming & so kind. If you go or never have been & if you get Alex, you will L O V E her! She made the experience at the Glen unforgettable. Sending my love & hugs! Go ask for Alex......<3

Beautiful restaurant with excellent decor. Different dinning areas including a heated patio. The acrobat show is an excellent touch. Unfortunately the music is too loud and doesn’t allow for a nice conversation. Main meals are a little overpriced. Good service.

From the start, the host wasn’t particularly welcoming and had a bit of an attitude, which set a less-than-ideal tone. However, Ryan stepped in and completely turned our experience around. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. I visited The Glenn in Frisco this past Friday for a birthday dinner, and while the ambience and food were amazing, the service was incredibly disappointing. Our reservation was at 7:45 PM, but we didn’t receive bread or appetizers until 9:15 PM—and to make matters worse, our appetizers arrived at the same time as our entrées. Waiting over an hour and a half for food and drinks was frustrating, and we eventually had to get up and order drinks from the bar ourselves. The most disappointing part was the lack of attentiveness from our server. Despite being in a private room near the kitchen, service was unacceptably slow, yet we were still expected to pay a $33 gratuity per person for a server who barely checked on us. That said, the food was delicious, beautifully presented, Javier at the bar was so helpful/knowledgeable and kind, and the overall atmosphere was great. If the service at the tables matched the quality of the food, this would be a top-tier dining experience. Unfortunately, based on my visit, I’m hesitant to return.

The restaurant is beautiful! And our server was lovely too. Food was good - not bad. Me and my friend had the fried artichoke, truffle fries and the spicy rigatoni. We also had virgin mojitos. I would suggest don’t try the fried artichoke. This would be a really nice first date restaurant imo.
