Customer Review Summary
Rachel provided excellent service with prompt food delivery and helpful answers. The filet mignon was slightly overcooked, but still tasty, and the broccoli was perfectly steamed. The chicken and steak were also good, with the partner's steak having more flavor. Rachel's exceptional service included extra strawberries in the strawberry lemonade and a delicious Berry Martini suggestion. Positive feedback mentioned a good response from management when an order issue arose. However, there were significant concerns about cleanliness, service quality, and management at the restaurant. One reviewer noted trash under tables and observed staff joking rather than working. Others experienced slow service, with long waits to be served or acknowledged. A family celebration ended in disappointment due to food quality and poor service, leading to strong recommendations to avoid the restaurant. Despite some great experiences, there are many complaints about inconsistent service and management issues overall.

Rachel our waitress gave us such a personal dining experience. She got our bread and meals out promptly and answered any and all questions we had. My filet mignon had less pink than I wanted, but was still tasty. The broccoli was steamed perfect. The chicken and steak my partner got was also tasty(I was jealous his steak had a bit more flavor than mine). Rachel gave my partner extra strawberries in his strawberry lemonade and recommended the Berry Martini which was delicious. Overall a great dinner.

My husband and I are both on a fitness journey, so our protein intake is very important to us. We picked up from curbside on Valentine's Day and we received a 3 oz steak and a 6 oz steak when we ordered a 6 oz steak and an 8 oz steak. I called the managing partner, Julia, and she was phenomenal at making this right. Thank you for taking the time to make sure we have a great experience next time! Make sure you guys bring up any issues before you slam the restaurant so they can make it right first!

Outback is not what it use to be. Texas Roadhouse has taken over. My wife and went to Roadhouse in Denton, after church but, it was packed and we didn't want to wait. We then decided to go to Outback. The place was pretty empty. When you go to Roadhouse you see the difference in the caliber of their employees, cleanliness and quality of food. It's a well oiled machine. We sar in the bar and I noticed trash under several tables while wait staff just walked by it. I mentioned it to the manager that was on today and he said he knew about and was working on it (speaking to the front desk girl that seats everyone). I guess it's her responsibility. Prior to that I noticed the manager and 5 employees, including the girl from the front desk, standing around joking with each other. I would be willing to bet money that had I gone yesterday or if I go tomorrow, I'll see the same thing, trash on the floor that hasn't been cleaned up. Also, the music was too loud. I overhead the seating in the booth next to us complain about it as well. From what I've read online about excuses why Outback is failing, I believe its management issues. Outlook needs to send a team to Texas Roadhouse to see how it's done and why they are thriving in the same market as Outback under the same conditions. I was thoroughly disappointed. In the future I would rather wait at Roadhouse than go to Outback.

The best time to eat is on a weekday around 1-3 pm. Fast service with a peaceful vibe.

We hadn't been to this Outback for 8 years due to a couple bad food experiences. Decided to try it again after a positive recommendation. We were seated immediately bit nobody came to give us water or wait on us at all for 15 minutes. I then asked the hostess about it. After waiting another 7 minutes, we left. Safe to say we won't try it again. This was Sunday afternoon at 3:00. Hardly anyone in the place.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. Although there was an issue with my order, the manager swiftly resolved it, turning the situation around and ensuring a positive visit. The staff was attentive and friendly throughout.

Went out to dinner for an early birthday dinner. Got the Alice springs chicken and veggies. One of the best restaurants to get broccoli done right! The lavender and blueberry drink, so good.

Came here with my family for my sons birthday. We made reservations for 6 at 5:30, had to wait till 6 to get a table. Waited 30 minutes to order and another 30 minutes to be told they were all out of the prime rib. They are open till 11pm and ran out at 7 on a Saturday??? We ended up ordering the filet and when it came it was burnt and tasted awful. Sides were terrible and the service was worse. Our server couldn’t even be bothered to fill drinks and take away empty glasses and empty plates and they passed by our table about every 5 minutes but didn’t even bother to acknowledge us. I’m very disappointed. Would not recommend. Go elsewhere.
