Customer Review Summary
The reviews for The Saint present a mixed picture of the restaurant. Some customers experienced disappointing service with excessive wait times for meals, particularly highlighting a slow and inattentive staff. The food quality was described as mediocre, with small portions that did not justify high prices. Conversely, several diners praised specific dishes, particularly the 12oz Wagyu Ribeye and wagyu short ribs, for their outstanding flavor and cooking. The ambiance was frequently noted as pleasant and romantic, making it suitable for special occasions. Disappointing Experience at The Saint in Dallas I had high expectations for The Saint in Dallas, but unfortunately, our experience was beyond disappointing. From start to finish, the service was painfully slow and inattentive. Our four-course meal took a staggering three hours just to receive our final dish. We walked into the restaurant at 10pm with reservations secured. We left at 1:30 am with our final entree and dessert bagged to go because at this point it was so late into the evening we just wanted to go home. Despite the excessive wait, the food was mediocre at best. The flavors were underwhelming, the portions were laughably small, and nothing we had justified the outrageous price tag. To make matters worse, our server was barely present, offering little to no updates & offering no accommodations. the manager didn’t even speak to us until the very end. We were Often waiting up to 50 minutes in between courses. It felt like we were completely forgotten about. For the price we paid, we expected a refined and well-paced dining experience, but instead, we left frustrated and hungry. Save yourself the time and money—there are far better options in Dallas.

The 12oz Wagyu Ribeye!!!! My goodness so tasty. I love a steak that’s not submerged in a sauce, but comes out so flavorful. This steak was cooked absolutely perfect. We had it medium rare and I’d go back ASAP just to have it all again. We came here for a couples date night, and this restaurant is perfect for it. Very dim and sexy. Everyone but one loved their food and I call that a win! The short rib looked absolutely beautiful. The bone marrow fries are lovely. I wasn’t really impressed with my broccolini, which is why I knocked off a star. I always look forward to a yummy broccolini, and this really let me down. My friend ordered the 6oz wagyu gold filet, it was cooked perfectly, but lacked flavor. When I go back, I’m ordering the 12oz wagyu again and all the pastas! The cacio e pepe and the gnocchi bolognese was calling my name.

Our first time at The Saint and the food was quite good. Ambiance was interesting.. but fun. We had to try the Tomahawk and that was highlight of the night. It was served tableside which is always a great time. We had oysters, the Caesar salad, and the Mac and cheese, which was all good not great.Overall a pleasant experience. Service was great but I do feel for the amount we paid ($361) there are other restaurants I would put over The Saint. Still worth a try!

Awesome place - Great service / delicious food/ beautiful setting. Well worth the visit. We ended up going for dinner on a Saturday night and returned for the brunch the next day- it was that good! Best part - Live jazz music on Sundays.

I really enjoyed this place. Very nice atmosphere, was quick getting a reservation and being seated. I had the scallops, plating was very nice but they were under cooked and over salted. Steak was ordered med came out med well but our server Salam made sure to get it corrected. They have things not on the menu so be sure to ask and they made me a mocktail again something not on the menu. My only con of this place (besides scallops) was the service was VERY SLOW. We sat abt a full hr and half before getting anything, despite the reasturant bit being crowded. But nice place over all I would go back

I recently had dinner at The Saint and had a bit of a mixed experience. The Caesar salad was a bit underwhelming, which made me worry about the rest of the meal. However, the main courses were fantastic! I ordered the wagyu beef short ribs, and my wife got the tortellini. The short ribs were incredibly tender and flavorful, and the broccolini was cooked perfectly. The tortellini was also a hit, with a rich and creamy sauce. While the Caesar salad was a miss, the main courses were definitely worth the drive and the price. If you're looking for a great meal in Dallas, I would highly recommend The Saint, but maybe skip the salad.

The spot is very hidden you could really drive past it and not even notice it's there , I really love the way it looks inside very dim lights , speakeasy type vibe and when I went Sunday for lunch they had live music, pianist and a violinist really nice touch, also my buddy David was working and took good care of me and my wife food was fresh and really delicious. Highly recommend this spot 👌🏽
