The food and drinks were great but, we were sat around 5:10 and didn't get our food until around 6:30pm. Two couples arrived after us and they got their food before we did. Our waitress Giselle, gave us complimentary ribs (one for each one) acknowledging the long wait. We had to order our dessert to go since we needed to be somewhere else. This took away from our first time experience.

Amazing steakhouse, met the hype for sure!! Loved their steak selection and the sushi was an added bonus. Steaks were cooked to perfection and the service was top notch! Perfect date night spot or for a celebration.

Great place, food and drinks and amazing steak. My only issue was when paying for a $$$$ steak and it doesn’t come out perfect the service should not be to re-plate the meat after it has been served to the table. A new piece should have been fired instead of mixing pieces that had been on other people’s plates.

came here on a Saturday night for our date night. Our server Blake was super knowledgeable and impeccable! Probably had the best calamari appetizer here. I love how extra the meat display/show is; however, I did not expect to be sitting so close to my neighbor; it was a tad TOO CLOSE for my comfort. On top of that the table the was next to us was also dropping the f bomb every other word, with the music being inconsistent as well. It was just not a pleasant environment to dine at. Our reservation was at 6 and we finished our meal around 8pm and by the time we were leaving, this place was packed, the music up front was so loud that it felt like I was exiting thru a night club. If you’re looking for a hip upscale steak house & wanna share all your business with strangers next to you this is your place but if you’re looking for a more intimate steak house date night I would suggest looking elsewhere.

We celebrated our anniversary here and, other than the wait, enjoyed our whole experience. The food was great and, even more so, the service was excellent! We especially enjoyed the oysters, porterhouse, mashed potatoes, and creme brulee. I know they don't have all great reviews, and I am sure some people haven't had the same experience as us. But we were treated very well and appreciate the way they went out of their way to make the wait up to us and ensure we enjoyed our anniversary.

Incredible restaurant all around! Easy, convenient valet parking. Friendly professional hosts who quickly seat you. Uniquely awesome and classy vibe and ambiance. Amazing, knowledgeable professional and courteous wait staff. Austin really knows the menu thoroughly, the nuances between the cuts of meat and provides awesome recommendations! World class A+ restaurant all that way around

I should have been totally wowed!! For the obscene amount of money I spent on this dinner for 4 I should have been wowed. But I was NOT. This was my first time there and I don't think I'll be going back. Firstly, we waited for an hour and a half to be seated despite having a reservation. The front area where we were having cocktails was very crowded. Same with the bar.. The bar > ridiculous place settings in front of EVERY bar chair with the sign reserved. That alone was just so off putting that the experience was going down hill fast. To order a drink from a bartender I needed to shout because I was separated by a bar counter and giant chair in the front of me and the bartender wasn't making any effort to speak louder either and I'm not hard of hearing either! Needles to say it wasn't accommodating.. After we finally got seated the main dining room just feels depressing. Hangar-like domed dark grey ceiling completely unobstructed is just not vibing pleasantly at all. Holiday decorations were the saving grace of the entire interior decor in my opinion so I must imagine the space without it looking quite dreadful. Food: I have been eating out for the past 40 years all over the world on 5 continents and BY FAR this was the most atrocious BREAD I've EVER had in ANY restaurant. Did I mention it was cold too? As if they keep it in a fridge before it's served.. It was this gooey, fluffy, heavy COLD mass of sponge like substance! Yikes!.... I'd very strongly suggest that whomever owns this shindig to visit Wicked Butcher and experience their bread service.. THAT is how it's done!.. You must wow me from the get-go! I liked the steak presentation Austin did for us. He was a very competent server and made the meal itself enjoyable. I liked our steak and tuna tartar EVEN though steak tartar came in with some more fluffy bread which in itself is inexcusable. My Wagyu filet was bland, but the enjoyable sides helped (short rib fried rice and Pad Thai rice too amongst others). Cowboy steak and scallops were pretty good as well.

First of all, our server, Olivia, made our NIGHT! This is the best service I’ve EVER received. She was knowledgeable, sweet, friendly and KNEW HER STUFF! I would come back even if the food was trash (which it absolutely was NOT) just for her! Now, the food was amazing!!! I had the sea bass which was muah *chefs kiss*. The lobster elite was divine and the smoked old fashioned was amazing. 10 out of 10!!
