My husband and I enjoyed celebrating our anniversary at this restaurant. We originally ordered the 32oz 45-day dry-aged bone-in ribeye steak to share and two tomato soups. However, the waiter recommended we share the soup because it was large and rich. We followed his suggestion and could not be any happier. Although we couldn't finish the steak, we ate plenty because the soup did not fill us up. I would give the waiter a "10" if I could!! I will definitely be back!

Wow. This place blew my mind. Roberto was amazing helping us with what to order. We decided with a beef tartare and then we ordered 24 oz rybeye. Avocado fries and mushrooms. The tartar was to dye for.

What an outstanding fine. We just came in for a quick snack and had a magnificent Caesar salad, arugula salad and a cheeseboard, but the experience was amazing. Ryan and the rest of the staff did an outstanding job. I have to come back for the steaks. The menu of aged beef looked amazing.

Phenomenal dining experience. The waitstaff and the sommelier were all extremely helpful and educated on their menus, the ambiance and seating were very relaxing and visually appealing, and the food did not disappoint. We had the Crudités, which was a bit bland but fine, the Creamed Spinach, the Garganelli & Truffle Pasta, the Ora King Salmon, and the Tuna Tartare. Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious. The dessert was an amazing coffee and chocolate combo that was to die for. I would definitely recommend trying out this location.

Some of my friends planned my birthday here, and it was great. I had the Wet Aged Bone-In Ribeye 24oz, onion rings, roasted okra & my girlfriend had the Casarecce & Bolognese. Both delicious - That Ribeye 🥩 though.. Holy poop! That thang was delicious! I’d definitely get it again! For drinks, I had the Knife Old Fashioned 🥃 🔥 Our waiter, Roberto was great, and very knowledgeable. I’ll be back! 😎 (Terminator quote, if you didn’t catch that…🙃)

With an elegant design and a convenient location in The Highland Hotel, Knife Dallas serves as the perfect place for a high end meal - ideal for celebrations, date nights, and other special occasions. The waitstaff offer extensive knowledge of the menus and the chefs cook everything to absolute perfection. You will not feel disappointed with any item you order. It all tastes mouthwateringly delicious. Please note: You can expect to pay a lot for your meal. You must adhere to their dress code. They will not seat incomplete parties. They offer valet parking or 2 hour parking at the side of the building. (All expected of a nice restaurant in the city).

Fabulous dinner. Ryan was an exceptional server, polished and knew how to guide us through the meal. Sommelier was very helpful as well. 45 day dry aged ribeye was one of the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend pork belly, the collard greens were exceptionally prepared in this dish.

The food was really good and 2 of the meat sources (Creekstone & Outpost) are halal!! Very tender meat and right portions too; Service was a bit off as they came to us 3 times wanting to confirm the order; Also, th y don’t have refills on soda and iced tea!! Who does that?!?
