I recently dined here and had their chicken salad, which was absolutely delicious! The flavors were fresh, and the dressing was perfectly balanced, making each bite enjoyable. However, I do think it could use a bit more chicken to make it even more satisfying. The ambiance was great, and the service was friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely return—just hoping for a little extra chicken next time!

The atmosphere was casual yet elegant, the service impeccable, and the food simply divine. While the old fashioned was a tad underwhelming (especially given its price), everything else exceeded our expectations. The appetizers, salads, and cheese bread were all delicious. My son declared the burger the best he's ever had, and my wife's rib-eye was cooked to absolute perfection. Even our picky 14-year-old son couldn't resist trying a bite and is already planning our return visit! My filet practically melted in my mouth, and the key lime pie provided a perfect ending to our meal. Even the coffee was exceptional. Our server, Leila, was attentive and professional, ensuring we had a truly wonderful dining experience. Pro tip: I ask for a spoon so I can pour the jus over the sandwich as opposed to dip it in the cup and watch half of the meat fall out. The house salad is a great and they prepare real croutons for it. It gets a bit dark for my taste when they dim the lights during dinner. The only thing I don’t like about Hillstone is the dread I feel in anticipation of my interaction with the hostess. I’ve been here many times and engaged with several different hostesses. Without exception, they convey a sense of pretentiousness. After a long day at work, that’s the last thing I want to experience.

I highly recommend trying Hillstone or any of the other restaurants from its parent company.

Just as Houston’s is to Atlanta, Hillstone is the place for a wonderful upscale meal in the Dallas area. We ate at the bar and not only was the service (shoutout to the two lovely bartenders) on point, but so was the food and atmosphere. Would recommend this for a romantic dinner or business lunch.
