MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS NOW! Wow what a surprise treasure to have found. My wife had always loved this building, located in the new East quarter of Dallas, and had been curious which restaurant had taken over. Little did we know it would be like stepping into an episode of Guy Ritchie's The Gentleman. The vibe is masculine but with a very artistic punch of color, the design aesthetic is cohesive and very finely curated by the owner-- and extensive. We had the pleasure of meeting GM Mitsy, Minister of Beverage Brandon, and our wonderful server Amanda--can't say enough about this place and the very easy engagement, spending time with us. Steaks were great (try the prime rib, but ask for an end cut), appetizers, cocktails--everything's on point. I recommend 1836 cocktail, the donkey roll dessert, the steaks, and the bacon stack appetizer! Will absolutely be back many many times. Check out the bar, National Anthem, downstairs, the private Marilyn Monroe dining room, and then just take in all the design goodness everywhere you look. FYI the bar has a very good bourbon selection, make sure that you ask for the spirits list if you're sitting at a table. Instantly one of my favorite restaurants in Dallas!

One of the best food experiences in Dallas. Consummate steakhouse energy, dripping in texture and taste, both visual and flavor. The prices are where you might expect them to be but not unfair. The wine list is approachable. The burger is worth getting, but in general I would say go with people so you can get lots of things.

My husband planned our anniversary dinner here, and it was AMAZING! The food was delicious! We both ordered the prime rib and it did not disappoint! We also had the lobster, another delicious treat! Our waiter was super sweet and accommodating. She made us feel welcomed. I will definitely recommend this place!

The restaurant is very nice and all of the food was perfect with a little something unique. I enjoyed the Beef Carpaccio, NY Strip Frites and Chocolate Mouse. It was all really good. One of the better all around meals I have had in quite a while.

The Brass Ram is a hidden gem in Dallas. We got a reservation the day after Valentine’s Day with ease and were blown away the moment we walked out of the elevator. The ambiance is sort of like a steakhouse meets a speakeasy meets a library in someone’s den in their home. Very comfortable and relaxed feel, the service was top notch and we were left feeling satisfied in every way. Firstly, our waiter, Will, deserves a 5 star rating on his own. He was knowledgeable and attentive and gave us great recommendations as first timers. Great personality and you can tell he loves what he does. If you have ever been to Lawry’s Prime Rib (now closed), this place is like that but 100x better. We ordered the Pop’s cut, medium rare, with a seafood kebab skewer that had a taste of the shrimp, scallop, lobster and king crab all in one. We also ordered the creamed potatoes, creamed spinach, and macaroni and cheese. Oh. My. Effing. God. Every dish was seasoned to perfection and not just with salt and pepper, the depth of flavor in the horseradish and au jus that comes with it….*chef’s kiss* the cheesiness of the spinach and the Yorkshire pudding it comes with…to die for!! So light and airy but soaks up all the sauce and is basically a vehicle with which you get the food to your mouth (sans forks and knives if you wanted). Then we had the chocolate mousse for dessert. This mousse didn’t come in a tiny shooter glass, it was filled to the brim in a whiskey glass, so decadent. We immediately started thinking who we should bring here next because the Brass Ram is now a staple on our list of places to go in Dallas. This place is worth every penny. We ended up taking a Lyft there and there didn’t appear to be very much parking although there are a few lots around that I’m sure offer paid parking.

The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor. Can access via stairs or elevator. The atmosphere is very nice, very mountain log cabin but chic. The staff are all very nice, welcoming, and attentive. I had seen that they had bone marrow on a menu here on google but they no longer have that available and I was sad about that. I had the Prime Rib and it was cooked to perfection. The meat was tender and the flavor was amazing. I also had the mushrooms which were delicious and the bread that came with the prime rib was really good too. When you are finished they give you your check inside a book which i thought was really cute. They unfortunately do not take Apple Pay but they do take credit cards.

Great place, service and food. The slow cooked rib eyes are amazing, even more delicious than steaks. The variety of the sides are also great and very tasty.

Very traditional style steakhouse. Let me tell your our server was amazing. He lived in Portland and back in dallas. But his charasmatic and great service made the experience worth while. Knew how to pair wine with food ordering and based on your wine taste bud choice. That’s always a plus. The restaurant has a great bar choice selections. The food very tasty. I had the branzino; never had it lightly fried before that was different. It wasn’t bad. Now, the spinach was a little too creamy for my taste buds. I was thinking more sautéed then creamy. Overall, enjoyable experience.
