Bob's Steak & Chop House

We dined on New Year's Eve without reservations and were fortunate to snag a seat at the bar. While the bartenders were understandably very busy, we enjoyed a delicious split of the crab cake appetizer. My Prime Ribeye, unfortunately, was a bit disappointing with excessive gristle. However, my partner's sea bass was superb. The highlight was the bartender's expertly crafted Long Island Iced Tea! We concluded our meal with a decadent shared chocolate cake and ice cream, making it a truly memorable New Year's Eve experience.

This is our anniversary go to every year! From anyone answering phones, the hostess desk, wait staff in passing on the way to your table, you table wait staff, the manager, etc. The customer service is always exquisite. The food and drinks are ALWAYS top notch, no matter what we choose!

We found ourselves at Bob's for my birthday feast. Frank's service was top-notch and really spiced up the whole experience. Bob's is tucked away in the depths of the Omni hotel. The bread was a fantastic way to kick things off! The old-fashioned cocktail was absolutely indulgent. The salads were outstanding, especially the wedge and the chop - they were on fire. The lobster mac and cheese was decent, while the Australian wagyu steak didn't need any crab cover-up. The highlight of the evening was the surprise birthday menu and good friends who don't mind the bills we can create, followed by the brownie with an assortment of ice cream and peanut butter that was simply out of this world. It was my inaugural visit to Bob's, and it's definitely earned a spot on my list.

Ordered pickup while I was working at an event. I noticed the crab cakes were missing when I got to my room and the manager Logan brought a new entree and free desert all the way to my room within 10 min. WONDERFUL food and service! I have also dined in many times and always have a great experience. Highly recommend.

I’ve been here before so thought I would bring some friends back for the experience. Bad idea. We were sat and waiting over 15 minutes for our beverages (sparkling waters) and over 1 hr and 20 minutes for our food. During our wait, we were disturbed by a rude, neighboring table who felt this was the proper establishment to blast trap music on their cell phone. We graciously asked them if we could enjoy our $700 dinner without having to listen to their music. They politely apologized, turned off their phone and continued with their meals in peace. The real surprise was when the manager then presented himself at our table as though it was an issue with him that we took it upon our selves to extinguish the situation. This made us feel as though our experience was not important enough to have a legitimate request of neighboring guests. If this is the kind of riff raff you choose to have in your establishment rather then that of respectable adults with mutual respect for others around them, then I will be sure to take my $1200 client dinners elsewhere in the future. We had our food packed in Togo boxes, on our table for 20+ minutes before our server Bethany felt it was a good time to ask for deserts. Our entire experience was sour, drawn out and ruined senselessly by a management staff who had no understanding of guest priorities and quality of service

Our server James; he was so kind & explained everything thoroughly and just attentive to our needs. Truly made our experience great ! The Food was amazing. Our menu had “ Happy 5th Year Anniversary.” The manager was so kind and introduced himself to us. The staff completely on point and flowed great . I cannot praise enough . We are not royalty but they definitely make you feel that way. 100/100. Thank you for the dessert!
