Billy Can Can is probably our hands-down favorite. The cocktails are incredibly unique and well-thought out. The food hits a perfect mix of rustic and elevated, and what matters is that it’s absolutely delicious. Service has never failed to be perfectly on point, and Herman, their GM is the best of the best. Kind, attentive, and has always made sure we had the best experience.

I absolutely love this place. Every time we dine there, the food is delicious, the staff is amazing and the service is through the roof. Favourite dishes - red snapper, bbq carrots and broccolini sides, devilled eggs, baked oysters and a fish burger. As to a wine list - We The People Cabernet is best, in my opinion.

We are foodies and this place was phenomenal. Our meal was fantastic. A special thanks to “Kaylie S” who provided amazing service. She truly went above and beyond and we were so impressed with her. We had reservations and our table was ready right away. We had a party of 5 and all of us loved our food. Each of us tried something different on the menu, and ordered several appetizers. I will say, the potato leek soup was THE BEST soup I’ve ever had. We are from FL and if we lived here this would be a go-to for us, for sure.

Billy Can Can delivered an incredible dining experience from start to finish! We tried a little bit of everything, and every dish was a hit. The deviled eggs were a fun and creative twist, offering a unique variety of flavors. The jalapeño chili had the perfect kick, and the cornbread was hands down our favorite—absolutely delicious! We finished off with the salted caramel banana pudding, which was rich and flavorful, and also enjoyed a couple of main courses, and what's a meal without your crispy brussel sprouts, all were excellent. The ambiance is definitely unique, blending an old-West saloon feel with eclectic décor. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Billy Can Can to anyone looking for great food and a fun, memorable dining experience in Dallas!

4.3 stars. 1st time to visit. Arrived 15m early and was told that they could not find a reservation under our name. They looked and looked and looked. We showed them the text message showing we had confirmed the reservation which helped as they saw that for some reason the system had cancelled our reservation. They sat us quickly afterwards. Luis took care of us during the meal and was on top of things! From answering our various questions to going over the current specials, he did a wonderful job making sure we had the scoop. We ordered the famous cornbread ($14) as our appetizer. Moist, slightly sweet, visually appealing, we made quick work of it. For our entrees, my wife had the Skate Wing Sandwich ($20) with the garlic fries. It was delicious as she shared a bite. I opted for the Wagyu Beef Cheeks ($42) which was succulent and fork tender. We shared an order of Crispy Brussels Sprouts ($13) which was tasty though would’ve benefited from better plating (maybe in a skillet?). My wife had a Citra Slice IPA draft ($8) which she enjoyed too. To wrap things up, we decided to share a White Chocolate Lava Cake ($16). The anticipation and expectation was high as the meal had been good thus far. Unfortunately, there was not much “lava” and the cake was quite dry. The peppermint ice cream atop the cake was flavorful but could not salvage the slight letdown. Overall, dinner and tip ran $147 which was largely due to location (Downtown Dallas). If this were in the suburbs, the bill would’ve been $20 to $30 cheaper. Still, Billy Can Can had many good notes and will definitely be worked into the business dinner venue rotation. Thanks again Luis for the stellar service. My wife and I truly appreciated your professionalism.

The food was good, but both steaks were overcooked (Med came out Well first time and MedWell the second time). Really, there is no excuse when the streak is pre-sliced at delivery. The service was great. Ambiance was good vibes and good music, but seating at a high top in VERY HEAVY chairs made maneuvering using the restroom a challenge.

Billy CAN CAN, can knock it out of the Victory Park!!!! Our waiter, Collin, tipped us onto the old fashioned’s- And that’s JUST the start. The dinner selections are ALL. Incredibly delectable! I personally had the 8oz filet mignon. O.M.G! Literally a melt in your mouth experience. Do not sleep on the crispy Brussel sprouts. And dig for those little bits of tasty ass bacon bits!!!! Top it off with the dessert………. If you take anything from this review…. MAKE.ROOM.FOR.DESSERT!!!!! We ordered the banana pudding and the Smores Baked Texas! Holy $h!t!!!! Pardon my French- You cannot miss this- The flambé show and the taste is extraordinary!!!!! This place-Billy Can Cans deserves your attention. And. It has earned my respect as the pearl in the oyster; and if I can suggest - a 5 star review!!!! .

1st time here. We were not disappointed. The burger was amazing. The pudding for my birthday was fantastic. The atmosphere is great. The prices are high, and you'll need a reservation as it gets super busy. Great stop before a Maverick's game.
