We did the get in line for the wait list. We were seated <5 minutes after coming in. Friendly service. The dinner rolls with cinnamon butter are always delicious. I had their BBQ grilled chicken with side cesar. My husband had their smoothered chicken with side cesar and Texas red chili. He said it was good.

Ordered online for ease. The order was not off to a good start: none of the food was cooked right, stuff was spilling all over the bag, and stuff was all over the outside of the bag. We ordered 2 medium rare steaks, which were barely rare and still cold. The hamburger looked like it was literally thrown together. The mediocre chicken was the best part of the meal, but it was still not good at all. Not to mention the rolls, which are usually the best parts, were either completely burned or completely raw. It was like they just threw the reject food into the bag and called it a day. We spent $80 on this horrible meal, so we weren't going to just waste our money and ate it anyway. Afterward, we called the manager to discuss the issue and got hung up on 2 different occasions. The manager said that since we already ate it, the most they were willing to give us was a coupon for a free appetizer. As someone who works in the food industry, completely disappointed is an understatement.

After a long time of not visiting Texas Roadhouse and having taken the time to eat at other very similar places I can firmly say that it is still one of my favorite places to go to enjoy a cold beer and a delicious piece of meat. Special congratulations to Brianna Watkins for the kind interaction she offered us, great charisma but above all a very good smile in any situation.

Ordered to-go grilled chicken without bbq sauce, sweet potato w/ brown sugar & marshmallows, seasoned rice, extra rolls, extra butter. They left out the brown sugar & gave us one tiny extra pat of butter for 3 meals & a dozen rolls. I regret ordering marshmallows just made it too sweet. The chicken was ok once it was doused in melted butter. Seasoned rice was too spicy for my taste. Went back another day & got macaroni w/o bacon it was dry & sticky not at all appetizing. They claimed they couldn't serve green beans w/o the bacon, though. They're literally cooked in the bacon grease, apparently. Too much grease for me. We always ask for very light rolls & they basically argue with us not wanting to do it they just want to give you whatever burnt ones they have made at the moment, even the manager. If we're paying for it why should it be such a big deal to not have burnt rolls & extra butter?

Just last night I celebrated my birthday here. I haven't eaten there in a while and was craving a steak! My steak was perfect, my wife's dish was perfect and our daughters dish was perfect! The appetizer arrived after our dishes but, this is a really great place for steak, chicken, chili and other things, I enjoyed my evening and would definitely recommend a visit thanks roadhouse for a great end to what was a long day😀

Great customer service at this location. We enjoyed our food and drinks. We had to wait for a table but the waiting was not long. They have a big menu with food options for everyone. Prices are fair compared to other similar places. Plenty of parking spaces available

I was less than impressed with the ribeye I ordered online from this particular Texas Roadhouse. I’m usually a big fan but this one does not seem to be up to the same caliber as others I’ve visited. They also didn’t give me any bread, but they did give me the butter, so that was nice. Would not recommend.
