My husband & I spent our 14th wedding anniversary for the first time at Katz 21, and we were completely blown away! The environment was beautiful and very romantic. We had a really great time, and our waiter for the evening was phenomenal! 🙌 We will definitely be visiting more for birthdays and anniversaries. My favorite dish had to be their Macaroni & Cheese with lobster! 10/10 highly recommend! 👌

This place was PHENOMENAL. It’s not often you get great and fast service, amazing drinks, and top notch food. My fiancé and I both agreed it’s the best meal meal we’ve had in corpus so far. Highly recommend!

This was our first time here and it was definitely a different experience in Corpus Christi. Our waiter Chris was very informative on the menu. He asked if it was our first time which I thought was extremely helpful so he was able to give us some great choices. Great waiter! The fact that they take thier time in bringing you the appetizer and then wait to bring you your soup or salad after your done with your appetizer was the best. Most restaurants bombard you with appetizers, then your salad and you food and your tables covered and you have no room. This was definitely a delightful dinner we finished our appetizer he boxed it up and then brought our salads once we were done then brought our entrees. Perfect timing. The food was excellent. The drinks were great he even went into details on all they had to offer including telling us about the bar in the back with live music. We will definitely be returning. Whether it’s date night or just feeling like some nice ambiance atmospheric time this is the place!

A local friend highly recommended this place. Was visiting from out of town and needed to get dinner before heading back on the road. To be clear - when I looked up restaurant I thought we were going to Katz21 (not the bar 21 attached.) Regardless…it is affiliated and should have some level of continuity. Perhaps we just caught them on a bad day….but had a very unpleasant experience. For reference, we were one of the first and only tables on a weekday. Service : Was extremely slow, had to ask twice for everything including ketchup, refill, bill etc. Menu: The bar menu was extremely limited and as a pescatarian there were no options. The bar is attached to the main dining & kitchen and asked if they could do a grilled cheese. The answer was a hard no. In hindsight I should have ordered ‘To-Go’ from main restaurant and brought to bar..or at least given that option. My friend ordered a caesar salad (not on bar menu) which was mediocre at best. Quality: Went ahead and ordered carb bar food…nothing really stood out. The apps at a Chilis offer more pizzazz. The condiment to food ratio was silly….it took forever to get a second ketchup. The waitress seemed confused on whether they stocked Coke or Pepsi as she kept correcting our request. I don’t have a preference - but what we got the first time vs. the refill was questionable… After all that, I blame myself for trying to order a cappuccino for the road. We were told they needed to “turn-on” the machine and it would be a “minute.” After a very long wait…I was given a large styrofoam cup with a straw. I don’t know what I was given….and don’t want to know… Final Thoughts : Nothing about this place was at the level. Not one thing….

Been going here for more than 15 years, never got a bad plate, service is excellent, drinks are on point, and the bar area is very upscale. Like the new sushi that has been added, have brought lots of family and friends here, especially for the Tuesday steak special.

Katz21 dining room is amazing. Easily one of the top 3 dining experiences in Corpus. Wait staff was attentive and very demure and very mindful. The food was heavenly and wine selection was on point. 10/10 would recommend. *also, my coworker got a martini and he said it slapped.
