Texas Flame Steakhouse

11/15/24 - First time in Corpus Christi and wanted to try a non-chain steakhouse….Y’ALLLLL……Texas Flame is ON POINT!!!! From the minute we walked in, we knew we made the right choice! The place was packed with “regular” customers - greeted by name when they walked in…that alone speaks volumes. The French Dip brought to the table was phenomenal and the steak tasted just like it smelled! Cooked to perfection, it pretty much melted in our mouths. The owner, Louie, stopped by the table and brought us the most delicious, smooth and fluffy cheesecake we have EVER tasted ❤️ Our waiter, Core was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. We will DEFINITELY be back here!!! I would attach more photos, but…we had already eaten the food 😁

Last Halfway house meal, lol! So I went with the 20 oz. Bone-In Ribeye, Medium, with Blackened Shrimp and Loaded Baked Potato. Excellent, as good as the picture!

I really enjoyed eating here. They not only serve rolls before the meal, they also serve what I can describe as small, crispy pieces of toast with a spread/dip. They were burnt but that actually enhanced the taste as it's done purposefully....I think I ate every piece😂. The steak that I had was fantastic....incredible grill markings and super flavorful. Everyone really enjoyed their food.....BUT....I am an HUGE fan of green beans and was disappointed that they put chopped pieces of red pepper in theirs and they are served in a juice that was constituted with these peppers. It tastes good....just not my preference..(pic included)....would have been nice if that was listed in the menu......I would have ordered a different side, but again...they did taste good🤠

This was the first time my family and I went to this establishment, and I was very pleased with the food and the service. My steak was made perfectly, and compliments to the chef, Austin was a great server. He was very attentive. Thank you very much

I haven't eaten here in years. It was always so fresh and delicious. Last time I ate here the fried shrimp were burnt and dripping with burnt flavor oil. The fried okra was the same. The sweet corn was loaded with sugar. The water was good. Very expensive too. Never coming back. Sticking with Niko's.

We go to this restaurant every year for our work Christmas meal. We usually have 20-25 people. The service is always good, but this year, it was exceptional. Plates were removed quickly, and glasses were always full. The food was so tasty, and all the employees left full and happy! The only issue I have is that the lighting is a bit dark for my personal preference.

Coming to Texas Flame every Friday has been a family tradition since the 90”s. For the last 30 years, my food has always come to the table fresh and the steaks have continually been tasty and cooked to perfection. My two favorite grill cooks, Javier and Randy never disappoint. The weight staff are always attentive and strive to please the customer. Sitting down here at this restaurant with my family. I asked the waitress to please put on the Dallas cowboy game and they changed the channel so that we could see the Dallas cowboy game. We love the Texas Flame!
