Great dining experience. My Lamb Chops were cooked perfectly and had awesome flavor. Creamed Spinach was among the best I've ever had. I gave "atmosphere" only 3 stars due to the small dining areas and with the lack of ceiling tiles it was exceptionally noisy. Very difficult to carry on a normal conversation at our table.

With there being multiple prime steakhouses in Corpus (Katz, Republic, Prime), they all have something different to offer in terms of scenery, ambience, and food/drink selections. For me, Prime Steakhouse hits the mark due to the weekly "game" specials are actually good specials; the regular menu is good, too. We started with the Ahi Tuna Ceviche, for entrees the Boneless Ribeye, Bison Steak ("game" special), and for dessert the Creme Brulee and Southern Apple Cobbler. All delicious and recommended! It hits the mark because of the food selection, whiskey and other beverages, scenery/ambience of rustic theme, and friendliness of the staff.

Very warm and welcoming, excellent, and attentive staff / service. The food and presentation were spot on. Highly recommend. Our dinner party was held in their lounge and was amazing.

The food was great and our server Greg was amazing I brought my girlfriend here for her birthday and she got the lasagna and she said it was the best lasagna she has ever had I got the bone in ribeye and it was cooked perfectly and presented amazing with a cup of fire that makes it picture perfect. My girlfriend got the cheesecake for dessert and she loved it and I got the apple cobbler and it was amazing. Definitely will be going back

Prices resemble top quality beef, but the quality is just not there for the steep prices. The creme Brule was phenomenal, though. The espresso martini was utter trash. Tasted like super cheap coffee liquor. There was.np real espresso in the drink. We got a filet mignon prime bone in ribeye ($128 for those 2 alone), and my foance and I were both sorely disappointed. Flavor was amazing, but the quality was same as a 20$ steak from a cheap steak house. Also the tuna appetizer had way too much soy sauce. Took away from the other flavors. Waste of money.

I didn't get a picture but her steak was not great at all, it was pretty much fat and tendon and should have never been sent out. Overall our food for the exception of my wifes steak and service was great. Oh and our waiter I believe his name was Eric he was a older gentleman,he was A1!

Great place for a high end meal in the Corpus area. Not what I expected in a strip mall! The poppers & shrimp appetizers were spectacular. Fresh shrimp & they crisper up the bacon perfectly on the poppers. Mushroom appetizer was tasty as well - little breading so the mushroom flavor showed through nicely. Pork chop was off the charts good. Filet wasperfectly cooked. Outstanding whiskey selection & all drinks were made well. Wine list could be greatly improved by the addition of some Texan reds. Pedernales Cellars, Nobleman, Augusta Vin, Grape Creek or Hilmy. Texan whites from Pedernales or Calais would pair well with the seafood here. We will return.
