Outback Steakhouse

Besides the odd smell of dirty standing water, the atmosphere wasn't bad at all. The music was decent and the lighten was not uncomfortably bright. Service was very good. She was busy taking care of plenty of customers at and around the bar. I enjoyed watching the comradery of her coworkers as they helped her with her area. The food was great, with the exception of my steak which I'll explain below. The meal was delivered fast and with a smile, each time one of them came to the table. It's very hard to cook a sirloin rare. Mine was a cool rare. Still manageable. I was told their cooks can't go hot rare, barley seared on the outside and bloody on the inside. Allowing it to stand and get cold, made it cold and dry. The outside was hard, dry, and hard to eat. The middle was what I was able to eat, as my partner prefer the over cooked parts. It is possible but I understand if the chief is not allowed by restaurant's policies. Other than that, it was a good experience. I'd give it a 7. The coconut shrimp saved it all.

We were amazed that our drink orders had to be made before we could make our meal and appetizers ordered. Nonetheless, Caitlyn took over since Laura had initially started to take our order. Meal was good and thank you Caitlyn for taking the lead and discount.

The staff went above and beyond and gave us a birthday card signed by all the staff with a free appetizer card and $5. Talk about making someone feel special on their day!!! I want to thank the entire staff at Outback for rolling out the red carpet from the entrance until we walked out.

We had an awesome dinner there tonight. Our waitress, I believe her name was destiny, was awesome and attentive. Boomin onion was sooo good. I got the bloomin onion fried chicken, everyone else got steak. Zero complaints. The boomerang flights were so good. Will definitely come back to this one!

The service was very good! Loved the blooming onion and the sauce that comes with it!!! The seasonal drinks with the koala bears were 10/10 strong and sweet 🎅🏻😋

I just wanted to say that the 12-ounce prime rib was absolutely perfect! It was cooked just the way I like it - nice and pink in the middle. The rye bread was so soft and warm, and the fully loaded baked potato was absolutely delicious. Also, my server was fantastic. Thank you so much! 😍

Let me tell you how this place saved our day. We were badly attended to at Cracker Barrel. After being ignored for an hour, we walked out and went next door instead, to Outback Steakhouse. The service was quick and attentive. The server made sure all was good before leaving us and a manager came to visit while we ate to make sure the food was good to our liking. They refilled our drinks with no waiting time. The waitress was so kind and patient with us. The food was so good and freshly cooked. We were so so glad that things ended up this way. We aren't mad at Cracker Barrel because they lead us to The Outback. We will definitely be returning.
