S&S CHEESESTEAKS ( Best Philly Cheesesteaks and Burgers)

We ordered online to get some cheesesteaks and fries. Well to our surprise when we got there, the orders didn’t come through. I don’t know if their online ordering system was down or what. Instead of listening to us, the guy at the counter didn’t think that we actually ordered. We physically showed him our order receipts on the email and he still seemed iffy on fixing our order. Once he did agree to fix our food it took 30-45 minutes. Overall, the food was okay and the atmosphere of the actual place was chill. *Visited on 06/13/24*

Came here with my friend for lunch. We shared a signature cheesesteak and fries. Food was delicious and fresh. The person behind the counter was helpful and pleasant. He even gave us some zinger sauce on the side to eat with our fries.

I'm not sure about this place. The Cheesesteaks are decent and the fries are actually really good. My issue is there are very few Customers even during the lunch period. The dining area is spacious with big and small tables. My last two visits around 11:45am there was no other patrons there. I hope business improves for them. The food is not necessary bad so I would like to see them suceed.

Amazing food and service! The Zinger burger is a MUST-TRY - juicy patty, crispy chicken, and melted cheese. Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Have been coming here for a minute and the staff is ALWAYS respectful, polite, courteous, and with kindness. They know me as I place my order for myself and my wife. They simply ask the usual and to the last detail, they get it correct! Outstanding customer service and excellent food! The BEST PHILLY AND CHICKEN CHEESESTEAKS IN DFW!!! You won’t be disappointed and absolutely glad you checked in on this place when you visit! Respectful thank you to the staff for the food and incredible service!

we had the chef special burger, the spicy pepper cheesesteak, and the Philly cheese fries/tots. Chef special burger was the favorite out of all three items. It’s loaded and spicy. The spicy pepper cheesesteak is preferable in my opinion over the regular cheesesteak because the subtle spice adds more flavor to the dish. The sandwich did have a little too much mayo though. Between the fries and the tots, we preferred then tots more because it had a crunch that went well with the melted cheese and meat.

Great food, good service, ok atmosphere. Definitely recommend the Signature Philly Cheesesteak & Signature Pepper Cheesesteak (spicy). Would go back again because the food is awesome.
