Ruth's Chris Steak House

The food was incredible but the service was lackluster. Our table card was not given to a waiter and we waited quite a while once seated for service. We really enjoyed all of the entrees and sides we ordered! I especially appreciated how much Parmesan was on the caesar salad.

Definitely not the fastest place to eat. It’s probably a two hour block. Mostly waiting for food. I had a Caesar salad, that was amazing. 🤩 I had the 11oz fillet with shrimp, it came out medium rare when I asked for well done. But they fixed it, and it turned out super delicious. Our waiter Tiffany was super helpful when it came to deciding on what to order.

What an amazing Thanksgiving meal @ Ruth’s Chris Steak House🙏. We had such a fantastic dining experience ! The Turkey was super tender and juicy, beyond words, Steak & Lobster tail were perfectly done at medium rare. The sides were in generous portion. Our server Austin was attentive, friendly and prompt despite a super packed dining hall. He made a bright start to our Thanksgiving day:) Highly recommended 🫶🏻

Sweet potato casserole subtly sweet. The 20 oz. New York strip was sublime! Cobb salad beautiful and refreshing. We enjoyed happy hour cocktails. The Lemon Drop and Marti ... the Espresso MARTIni . Phenomenal time at Ruth Chris!! Our server Jace went above and beyond with service. It was the beat meal I may have ever eaten. The drinks were perfect, the service was perfect. The dining experience was out of this world.

For our 20th wedding anniversary we decided to seek out fine dining at a DFW steakhouse. Our choice of Ruth Chris Steakhouse was an amazing pick. The atmosphere and service was top notch; our serving team lead by Kathy was excellent. The food was outstanding to say the least. Five stars all around.

The food service was out of sync with the main course showing up three bites into our salads. There was a long wait for a dessert menu and even longer for dessert to arrive. Our server seemed to be very new and inexperienced which might be why our experience was not as we have come to expect from this restaurant. We visited on a busy day and I would expect that a future visit will go better. This is the first time I've rated a Ruth's Chris less than 5 stars.

It was so busy, as expected for new years eve. There were managers walking the floor helping the servers. I appreciate that, so no server fell behind. The food was delicious! Mac n cheese was not the hottest and slightly under cooked but was still good! For how busy it was I'll take that being my only complaint. All the food was delicious! Will be back.
