The food was good but overpriced, with small portions. The staff seemed indifferent, and some of the food was burnt. The automatic 18% tip for a party of four felt unreasonable—it might make sense for a larger group, but not for us. The service was disappointing and didn’t justify the mandatory tip. Our bill was $174 for four people, and we left unsatisfied. I had been here two years ago, and the service was much better back then.

We are regular customers at this restaurant. We enjoy the food and the atmosphere. We always order the Dallas Combo with an extra fried rice portion, and our bills are always ranging between $65-$70, and we always remember to tip the servers — doesn’t matter if the service was good or not. Our most recent visit, however, was very unpleasant and we left the restaurant with very bad taste. After we finished and were ready to pay, we weren’t provided with a receipt, so we assumed it was between $60-$70 like last time. While my husband was paying at the counter, the owner(?), an old lady in there, came over to me and started inquiring me “$1 tip?” multiple times. I couldn’t quite understand what she meant by that, and she kept smiling in a very condescending attitude and telling me “$1 tip?” All of this while I was pulling out extra cash to leave on the table for the server because he did a great job. My husband came back and told me that the bill came out to be $74, and he gave them $75, so the server and the lady assumed we only wanted to tip them $1. All of this hassles could have been solved if the server simply gave my husband the receipt and confirmed with him how much our meal costed, and if my husband wants to tip $1? We ended up still leaving them extra and left the restaurant, we didn’t even bother to explain the situation to them. And the lady was still smiling and shaking her head as she was cleaning up our table. I was disappointed by that attitude and again, it was very condescending of her to assume without even checking or asking the customers, especially if they want to press the customers to tip them.

We were about to try a different restaurant but found this secret places. They serve special BBQ like cow intestine(seems a lot of people love this). I ordered pork noodle which is a huge portion. Beef stew tasted good as well. They have lunch specials which are good deals M-F .

Was our first time here, so we went a safe route and got the beef combo. The food was delicious and the meat was a great quality! The staff was very nice, and helped us order and understand the menu. The Onigiri were a must try! I'm definitely gonna try other meats next time

I’ve been watching too many Korean shows yah! That craving was real. Definitely got my fill from the grilled to the stew intestines. This restaurant does what the name says it does best. Seriously if you’ve never tried you need to. Price is steep for just intestines but we really enjoyed it so it’s worth it. They also cook for you which is nice so you don’t undercook. Dallas combo 5/5 This was the smaller combo of intestines. It was good for 2 people. We actually shared with 3. It was good for us to try. Intestine stew 5/5 Was spicy! Very tasty. Had a good amount of intestines. Good to share amongst 5 people. Each had a bowl or 3 lol Beef fingers 5/5 Sliced and good to share. The intestines combo was small so we added these and it helped fill us up Shrimp fried rice 4/5 Large bowl and lots of shrimp. Ban Chan 3/5 Could be more selections. We had 5 people but we only had one set of each so we ran out quickly. Cheese corn 4/5 Good Tofu soup 4/5 Light good.

The food isn't the best and it came out super slow but you can't really find this kind of meat anywhere else so I'm giving these guys 3 stars. Their speciality is beef intestine. They have some other stuff on the menu of course but their main thing is the small and large intestines. The portions are quite small so adding a rice dish or an additional side is helpful to use as a filler. We usually order then Texas combo and it barely feeds 2 adults for $74.99. Their parking is ample so that's nice. They use wax paper for their fried rice so consumer beware. Wax coating on wax paper will melt if the paper is exposed to direct heat - which is what they do here. Just FYI.

Great service, amazing food. A lot of reviews Mentioned bad service… I think they’ve listened yall, service was on point! Super attentive and friendly. We got the Dallas combo that was plenty for two and they really went above and beyond. Everything was cooked and cut up for us, food was delicious! I too was weary given the iffy reviews on service, however if that’s your only reservation and you’re craving gopchang - DO NOT HESITATE! Give this place a try!
