Customer Review Summary

Café Brazil in Carrollton, TX, is highly praised for its delicious food and excellent service. The bottomless coffee is a standout feature, with many flavors available. Reviewers enjoyed various dishes like burgers, tacos, breakfast items, chorizo egg rolls, and chicken fried steak, with most describing them as flavorful and well-prepared. The ambiance is noted as simplistic and cool, with local artwork displayed, though some mention that the outdoor seating could be improved. While the restaurant generally receives high marks, there are complaints about the need for better restroom cleanliness and occasional slow service. Despite some mixed experiences with specific dishes, the overall recommendation is to visit for both food and coffee.

Cafe Brazil is now one of our favorite cafes in Carrollton, TX. We stumbled upon this cafe while searching online, and the bottomless coffee that they have is superb! The food we have tried so far has been amazing and the service is quick. This time, I got the burger and my wife got the tacos, and you can tell they care about the quality over quantity. Both dishes were scrumptious! I highly recommend this cafe for those that want quality food and endless coffee!

Wonderful breakfast all day that is made from scratch. The drinks were great, the food, the atmosphere. Please if you see one. You should stop. The chicken and waffles skillet great! Miya’s delicious. You won’t be disappointed!!!

This place never disappoints. We had the chorizo egg rolls and a BLT with sweet potato fries. This place makes a sweet potato fry crunchy! There is enough bacon for two sandwiches anywhere else. The egg rolls are way better that the “Vaby Back Ribs” place. The only complaint I have, if I had one is, there is no Guarna Antarctica! Love this Brazilian soda.

Wonderful experience at Café Brazil in Carrollton! The food is always delicious and the service is great! Our friendly server, West, was fantastic! I ordered a veggie omelet with spinach, bell pepper, onion, tomato, cheese, and mushrooms. Sooooo good! My omelet came with rosemary potatoes, and I don't think anyone makes rosemary potatoes like Café Brazil! They're perfection. We also ordered the Chorizo Empanada, Sausage Omelet with veggies and crispy, sweet potato fries. Lastly, we ordered a fruit crepe with a drizzle of raspberry and vanilla Anglaise: fresh strawberries, blueberries, and bananas. It was pretty big, so we planned to split it into fourths and share. It was DELICIOUS!! Café Brazil serves a coffee bar with a variety of coffees, including caffeine-free; they also carry coffee bags for purchase. My daughter's first job at fifteen, was at this very Café Brazil, and she loved working there! It's very established; the cooks are outstanding, and the ambiance is simplistic but cool. Neon lights look awesome at night, and they feature local's artwork for purchase. I wish I could give Carrollton Café Brazil a full 5 star, but in one area, they need to step it up. The restroom. It needs a scrub; a super deep scrub! A bleaching. Nightly bleaching. There is another local Café Brazil on Central Expressway (i75), and one in downtown Dallas. Check them out!!

Glad we tried this place! Food was delicious. Server was efficient and friendly. Kitchen was on the slow side but the food was so good and flavorful. Chicken fried steak did not look good but it was very good! Menu has lots of variety, we'll be back to try more.

It would have been nice to be acknowledged by the many staff members who were there when we walked in but that's all fine. But to not be acknowledged for a good 3-4 minutes while there were two tables with customers in the entire place, and then not be seated for another couple of minutes while some of the workers were twiddling their thumbs behind the bar was a little painful to be honest. Half of our table's order was good and the other half was bad. I will cut to the chase and say don't get their loaded breakfast bowl. It had an ocean of oil sitting at the bottom of the bowl. Every time I took a bite I felt like I was eating spoonfuls of oil from a warmed up pan. The dish also had tons of old and dry green onion as garnish and it just didn't work for me. I did end up sending this back but service was so slow that I didn't get to replace it. Ended up just having a protein shake I brought from home. The chicken crepes were good, though. The crepes had a nice texture, it wasn't falling apart. The chicken and veggies were cooked well and the spicy sauce on top had a tiny little kick that was just perfect. It also came with potatoes and toast on the side which were also good. The most important thing that brought us back here was the coffee bar with unlimited refills and THAT was worth it. They had seven flavors total - two of those were decaf and one was a dark roast. It is October and they brought out their holiday blend coffee which I highly recommend. Some other flavors they had were Brazil select, bourbon pecan (reg and decaf), snickerdoodle, holiday blend (also in a decaf), and Kilimanjaro dark. We sat outside and the tables were pretty old and gross looking but I guess that happens sometimes. The waitress was not really around and we were never even told about the seasonal menu that was posted on a board inside. That was disappointing to find out later as we checked out but I guess it will bring us back to try it next time. Generally I still recommend this place because although the food may be hit or miss, their coffee bar is really fun and worth it. Not to mention the quirky feel of the place and plentiful amounts of parking. *Don't forget to ask for a to-go cup and grab yourself that one last cup of coffee of your choice for the road!

Haven’t had Brunch in a while so decided to try out an interesting place nearby during our stay and found this gem! There’s a really great selection of coffee (20 or so types!) that you can fill bottomless for $3. Service was a bit slow since they were understaffed but they did their utmost to make sure we were happy and we were. The food items were all very richly made and tasted wonderful. I really loved the spinach chicken crepe especially!

I joined some friends late to their breakfast after they had already ordered. I put my order in and it came out just after they got theirs. Enjoy the self serve coffee. Breakfast bowl I got wasn't anything crazy, but I wasn't very hungry anyway. Prices was a Lil higher than what I expected, but oh well.
