Salt grass does a phenomenal steak and cocktail. The service was great as well. I would have given them 5 stars for food, but the bread and potato soup are awful. Loved my Tropical Sangria!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Saltgrass. From the grilled pineapple margarita and warm bread to the delicious steaks and sides, and finally, the best carrot cake around. Our server was terrific, meal was fairly priced, and we will definitely be returning!

Came to Saltgrass for a dinner with the family and this was the burger they served my 3 year old. Luckily i decided to cut it up instead of just letting him bite into it because NONE of the inside is cooked!!!!!! I ordered the Salmon Oscar, there was no lemon butter sauce so the dish was very lackluster. The asparagus was so hard it was inedible. It has been a long time since I've been to this restaurant and definitely won't be back. The food lacks flavor and seems to just be thrown together. Our server also seemed to lack a food handlers license. He kept putting his in gloved hands all over our plates and over our condiments. It seems this chain is going downhill. Or maybe it's just this location. Also tables were too small for the size plates the use. It's a family of 4. Maybe some larger booths for comfort or just an over all update to the decor. It's giving old fashion.

I am Vegetarian I attended an official lunch meeting here My experience: One can judge the quality of overall food prep and overall dining experience with the freshness of vegetables served. I cannot give more than 5 stars. EXCELLENT FOOD QUALITY AND OVERALL DINING EXPERIENCE Everyone enjoyed the high quality food.

**updated review** The GM personally reached out to apologize, and invited us back in for a meal. Definitely a WAY better experience! We had absolutely no issues with this visit! The macaroni dishes were nice and hot, and the steaks were cooked amazing! My husband even went with a pork chop this time and it was for sure one of the best he's had! The assistant managers were very polite and helpful, and our waitress was quick and kept up with refills consistently! A MUCH BETTER experience this time around. We will definitely be back! *Original review* Horrible location! Came here for a birthday last weekend and had to send SEVERAL items back! Every single side of macaroni was cold, dry, and stuck in a block in the little bowls(more than 5 at our table alone) My brisket tacos had an entire taco full of charred rock solid meat I couldn't even bite into. My sons salmon was FISHY! Several steaks were sent back because they tasted horrible or were RAW. And yet, not once did a manager come over and check on our table. He didn't bring a single remade dish, as managers usually do who manage well. I actually passed him at the end of the night just hanging out in the bar area chatting up other customers completely ignoring ALL THESE FOOD ISSUES! Even our poor waitress had her section managed SO POORLY they gave her our large top of 25+ people all on her own while having several other tables in her section as well! She could barely keep up with all the horrible plates being sent back and was so nice and apologetic, which should have been the managers job! I already reached out to the corporate contact days ago and have yet to hear anything as well.... THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH THE PRICES THEY CHARGE AND HAS HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!

Placed an online order the hill chicken salad. They forgot to give us the chicken. Called sat on hold for 30min. Drove all the way back up there for them to hand me the chicken. The salad is $18.49 and you get 2 tenders cut up. Poor customer service if someone had to come back to get this little bit of chicken you would think they would have offered some bread or something. Nope just hand me this little bowl of cut up chicken. No apology nothing. So if you order a hill salad you are probably better off ordering a house salad and a kids chicken meal. You will get more chicken.

We have been Landry members for a long time. Today proved why it was a wise decision to join. We sat at the bar. Skip was our server and Ezekiel helped. We've gotten exceptional service from both in the past. Typically we go on Thursday when it's not so busy. However even with it being Saturday night, service never slowed, food was hot and cooked to perfection, banter was 100% and appreciated! We ordered steak and potatoes along with a few adult beverages. The steak melted in my mouth. Seasoned beautifully, and the baked potato and mac n cheese was the perfect pairing. In the 20+ years that we've frequented Saltgrass, I've never seen a staff members work harder than the bartenders! Mixing cocktails, bringing food, clearing dishes all while chatting with guests on a first name basis! Great spot for date night. I wasn't terribly impressed with the manager Jeff. He was rather abrupt with the staff. We were told he's new, hopefully he gets into a better rhythm and learns to handle is obvious frustration better. Overall, if it was our first visit, we would definitely be back just because of Skip and Ezekiel!

Had a delicious late lunch with Ki as our server. She was attentive without hovering. And can I mention the crab cake appetizer was amazing! Great overall experience!
