Vault Seafood & Steakhouse

My family (of 8) went to the Vault on Friday and I’ll break out my experience below in sections and why I didn’t give a 5 star. Atmosphere/decor: The outside and inside decorations are amazing the spacing of the tables are perfect, you’re not sitting close to other tables, so you’re able to have a conversation with the person sitting next to you. The place is huge, they have private rooms and cigar room. I hate I didn’t take more photos of the outside and inside for the review. Service: We were greeted when we arrived and seated immediately (reservation). Our servers were very knowledgeable and helpful on food and drink suggestions. Food/drinks: Everyone at the table had something different, lamb chops, rib eye, red snapper, fried duck drumsticks, shrimp scampi, crab claws and hamburger. The asparagus, steak, lamb chops and duck drumsticks were clear winners. The drinks were small, but delicious, my favorite was the lavender lemon drop! The Lindsey Love is great if you like sweet drinks, but it’s in a martini glass with a huge ice cube, so after 3 sips it’s gone. My mother had a French 75 and loved it! Overall: While the food was good, I don’t feel the price is justified. I would go back for a special occasion, but it’s not a place I’d add to my rotation of restaurants. The vault offers a concept, were you can purchase a locker for a year or lifetime, at which time you can purchase liquor from them at a discount you only pay a small fee for drinks to be prepared. Very cool concept!

First time to this hidden gem in Mansfield. The atmosphere was exactly what I would like Steakhouse and lounge. The food was great. It's the quality you'd expect at a high-end Steakhouse. We definitely recommend this place for any event or a great date night.

Me and my husband choose this place for a date night. Plus I love whiskey and food influenced liquor type places. I learn a lot from our waiter she very attentive, keep our cups full and I definitely recommend. The only reason it's not 5 star is because the menu versus what we received was different for someone with allergies that's a little scary. But she did understand and fixed the issue with assurance. Maybe I came in on the wrong day or I had the wrong server. The atmosphere was very nice. Beautiful establishment. We arrived at 8:40pm and was sat right away. It then took the server 20min to get our drinks to us and another 20min to put our food order in. Food came at 10:10pm, and it was subpar. After we finished our meal; had to wait another while to get the server’s attention to get us the bill and to go cartons. Finally we had to get up, find a manager to wrap our food to go and get us our bill. I hate to say it, but I wouldn’t go back.

Food was amazing , did not disappoint .. prices were a bit steep but in line with other steak houses … Janelle our server was fantastic . Personable and courteous… only negative was our drinks took 20 minutes to arrive and missed 1 of our guests that took another 15 minutes after notifying Janelle … was very apologetic .. a second service bartender is needed in a bar of this size and the complexity of the drinks made …Thanks Janelle for a great birthday celebration …

He is a big seafood person but I am not so I was skeptical but relented when I saw Chicken fettucine on the menu. We went on a Sunday and I waitress was not very friendly, the live band is ONLY on Friday/ Saturday and chicken fettucine is only on the Summer menu. I asked the waitress for recommendations since I did not like seafood and she kind of looked at me like "why are you here. Not many other options without Seafood so I settled for shrimps and grits with a baked potato. It was not bad but just average, you can get it anywhere! It was not a great experience for me, and I personally wouldn't be back." My husband did enjoy his food and the drinks were good. They brought out a complimentary dessert for our anniversary.

The atmosphere was so beautiful and the food was simply nothing short of amazing but to top everything off, our waitress was spectacular!! Kaylee was so attentive and explained everything on the menu as well as made amazing recommendations. Then to add she gave my husband and I a wedding anniversary cake. I couldn’t have asked for a better restaurant with better food and a better waitress. Thank you so much The Vault and a special thanks to Kaylee for making my husband and I anniversary a night to remember. May y’all both be blessed and successful!!!

Most definitely!!!!! A great experience!! I was very impressed with the ambiance of the facility. The greetings from the valet, front desk staff, and waitress!! Was beyond appreciative! The food was seasoned to perfection!!! If you’re planing to drive to Dallas for some lamb chops!!! Just give the vault a chance! This was my first experience.
