Excellent experience! It's worth the wait! My husband and I went on a date to this steakhouse for the first time. We did have to wait 50 minutes to get seated, but once we were seated, the service was super fast. Our waitress, Whitney, was awesome! The food was incredibly delicious 😋 Our steaks were soft and tender with so much flavor. There is no need for any A&1 sauce. We had their raspberry tea, and it was to dye for. Me and my husband are huge fans of raspberry teas and we have our picks of who has the best one in DFW and this place switched us both to our new spot for raspberry tea.The manager came by and asked how our experience had been. We also noticed the manager was also hands-on, helping everyone around. Super great environment! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 💯 PERCENT!

We met up with family for a celebratory birthday dinner. It was our first and last time at this location. This restaurant and waiting area was packed. They also have no accommodations for disabled patrons. It would have been nice if the staff would have found him a seat nearby, instead of him standing near the doorway on his walker. Luckily his legs didn't buckle in my absence(It took me awhile to find parking). I was big mad 😡 I found us a seat at the bar while we waited to be seated and I wasn't allowing them to tell me different. They had people fit into every nook and cranny. I didn't like feeling sandwiched into a small space. Our server was nice, but slow (probably because she was busy). She failed to bring me the lime I requested and my food was cold. The brussel sprouts came out later and were hotter(temp wise) than my meal😔 The highpoint of the evening is enjoying the birthday celebration and cake (the cake was delish)with my niece.🥰 Catching up and seeing my family was heart warming💜 Never dining here again👎👎

This is my second time at this location, and there’s always an issue with the waitstaff. I have a lot of respect for the chefs, though, as the food is always well-prepared and tastes great. However, the first time, the waiter dropped the salad on my lap, and she seemed rushed to get us out. The second time, a waiter named JaCori didn’t take my order correctly and proceeded to charge me for the wrong items. When he brought the dessert, he gave me two spoons wrapped in a napkin. When I opened the napkin, it had what looked like a dirty lettuce leaf inside. I asked him for a new one, and he took forever to bring it. After I asked him to correct my receipt, his whole attitude changed. He became very rude, never checked on us, and didn’t offer a bag for our leftovers. It was not a good environment, and I’m very disappointed. It’s their job, so why seem bothered when asked to correct something? Unprofessional.

Service was a little slow. We waited ~15 minutes until someone took our order. The food was reasonably priced and as good as it looks! Overall very good option.

Went for date night and again for the day after Valentines day. It was really busy on Valentines day so we opted for tacos and decided to go the following day. D is a great waiter we met hom on the first visit the second visit the guys was cool just not as attentive. I'm assuming it's because he was busy and some behind the scenes drama going on. The Manager Tiddany was very helpful the second visit. Of course we will be going back. Food is great ofc we're going back.

This restaurant is amazing! The food tastes so fresh and delicious! The atmosphere is very western and the music is not to loud. The customer service was excellent as well! I would definitely recommend!

My bf and I had an amazing dinner… everyone so polite. Our waitress was Crystal. She was very friendly and attentive. Always checked on us and I really that. I ordered the outlaw ribeye, loaded bp and crispy okra. My bf ordered a porterhouse steak , street corn n fries. We also ordered stuffed mushrooms for appetizer. Everything was fantastic. Steak seasoned and actually the right temp. Chef kiss. We will definitely be back

We were all seated together except 2 people but were serviced at the same time. Food orders went through quickly and with less than 15 minutes of receiving it for 20 people.
