I recently had the pleasure of dining at your establishment in Arlington during the second weekend of October. My experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and admiration for your team's work. From the impeccable dinner service to the exquisite outdoor atmosphere, every detail was thoughtfully executed. The ambiance was stunning, the food was perfectly prepared, and your staff’s professionalism and hospitality made the experience truly memorable. I was so impressed that I returned the next morning for breakfast, which exceeded even the high standard set the night before. 🔥🔥🔥 Unfortunately, during my visit, I seem to have accidentally left behind my key fob. I have attached a photo of it for reference. If the key fob was found, I would deeply appreciate your assistance in returning it to me. Please let me know if it’s still in your possession, and I’d be happy to provide further details for shipping arrangements. Thank you again for the incredible dining experience, and I look forward to visiting Cut & Bourbon again soon. 5️⃣🔷

Cut and Bourbon is hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in the DFW area! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were beyond accommodating, attentive to every detail, and genuinely friendly—it’s clear they take great pride in ensuring every guest has an exceptional time. If you visit, do yourself a favor and start with the fungus mushrooms. This dish was an absolute standout! It’s a generous portion, easily enough to feed four people, and each bite is packed with flavor. I’ll admit I was shocked at how delicious and unique they were—rich, earthy, and perfectly seasoned. These mushrooms are a must-try before anything else. For my main, I tried the bison sirloin for the first time, and I couldn’t have been happier. Cooked to a perfect medium, it was moist, tender, and bursting with flavor. Unlike what you might expect from bison, it wasn’t gamey at all—it was simply delicious. Cut and Bourbon knows exactly how to prepare it to perfection. The crab cakes were another hit, light yet packed with fresh crab meat and just the right amount of seasoning. However, the real surprise of the night was the Brussels sprouts. They were easily some of the best I’ve had in the entire DFW area. Crispy, flavorful, and perfectly caramelized, they’re a side dish I’ll be dreaming about for weeks. Trust me—you won’t regret ordering them! The ambiance here is perfect for a date night—intimate, cozy, and sophisticated. At the same time, it’s a fantastic spot to catch a game in style. If you’re visiting during football season, you’ll love the incredible bonus: the large Texas Live outdoor screen is directly in plain view from inside the restaurant. It’s the perfect mix of upscale dining and a relaxed sports vibe. Overall, Cut and Bourbon delivered on every level: exceptional service, incredible food, and a welcoming atmosphere. This was our first visit, but it won’t be our last. We’re already planning a return trip for Part 3!

Dined here for Thanksgiving dinner. I had made a reservation for the dining area but ended up sitting at the bar (at my request) as the restaurant was empty. It was game time, so most everyone was over at AT&T stadium. Ordered a cocktail and the prix fixe menu for turkey day. While I enjoyed my meal, it was not my favorite turkey dinner. However, what lost a star for me was the service. I was waited on until my dinner hit the bar, then my bartender disappeared the rest of the meal. He never returned. No one was really behind the bar to be honest. Someone showed up and asked about my dessert then she disappeared forever. Another guy got behind the bar when I had been sitting around for a little. And while he did cash me out, he didn't seem bothered that I had been without a server for sometime. He just laughed. It was so very odd. I expected a lot more from a restaurant located in the Loews hotel.

I had the 16 ounce Ribeye. It was good but maybe a bit extra salty. My guest had the filet and was done very tasty. Crab cake appetizer was great. Atmosphere is ok.

This is the meal I will be thinking about on my death bed. Like, wow. My wife and I went here for Valentines day and it turned out to be the best meal we have ever had. I had the steak flight, and let me tell ya, I have never had a better steak ever! We also got sides of brussel sprouts and mac and cheese, and they were somehow on par with the main dishes. And don't get me started on the shrimp appetizer either. Every time we took a bite of something new, we were just completely discombobulated. I'm not sure how to even continue on after that experience. Dominique, our server, was an absolute gem and always made sure we were fully equipped to take this ride to flavor town without being overbearing. I also do not like steak sauce all that much, but if you ever get the sauce, PLEASE TRY IT! Yes, it costs a lot to eat here, but you can't take money to the grave. However, this feeling will follow you into the afterlife. 20/10 i will return once I get a loan to afford another night here.

Highly recommend!! Our server Patrick was spectacular. His recommendations were spot on and he was just so positive & lovely. We had the sausage, hamachi, risotto & bison. Not to forget the delicious churro mousse dessert! Ask for Patrick! The next day Helen was the most amazing bartender! She made one of my favorite espresso martinis! She also made me feel so comfortable.

The atmosphere was extremely elegant and yet very comfortable. The food was impeccable and local. Our server, Peyton, was helpful and knowledgeable. He timed food appetizers and drinks perfectly. Located downstairs live hotel. We arrived right after they opened. The staff was very friendly and made sure to fit us in as a walk in. We waited in a comfortable area of bourbon bar. Highly recommend the crab cakes and an espresso martini. The sides were served shareable. We had the golden mashed potatoes and local mushrooms. I had extremely tender lamb chops. My husband had the antelope from a local ranch. Both were high quality meats.
