Customer Review Summary

The Palm in Nashville offers an incredible dining experience with a sophisticated ambiance and attentive staff. Lobster bisque and filet mignon were highlights, complemented by excellent cocktails and dessert. The atmosphere features unique celebrity caricatures and is inviting despite being on the fancier side. Service is consistently praised as friendly and efficient, although some found the food quality inconsistent given the prices. While some dishes like salmon were disappointing, others, including the tomahawk steak and bourbon bacon appetizer, received high marks. Overall, The Palm is a memorable spot for its atmosphere and service, but may not meet culinary expectations for those focused solely on the food.

Had an incredible dining experience at The Palm in Nashville. Started with the lobster bisque, which was rich and flavorful. For the main course, I enjoyed a perfectly cooked filet mignon, cooked to a perfect medium rare, with a side of asparagus and mashed potatoes. The dish was delicious and well-prepared. The cocktail I had was spot-on and complemented the meal perfectly. To top it off, I indulged in the cannoli for dessert, which was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. The ambiance was sophisticated and the staff were attentive and friendly. The walls are adorned with cool signatures from so many famous people, adding a unique and stylish touch to the dining experience. Highly recommend for a memorable meal!

Atmosphere was very nice. A little on the fancier side but very inviting. Filet was cooked perfectly, sides were delicious. All around a great experience for having a fancy dinner on Broadway in Nashville!

The Palm Restaurant is a place you visit for the atmosphere, not the food. Walking in, you’re immediately surrounded by a unique and lively setting—the walls covered in hand-drawn caricatures of celebrities, athletes, and notable figures give the space a character all its own. It’s a fun, almost nostalgic experience, like stepping into a time capsule of famous patrons who’ve dined there before. The ambiance alone makes it worth visiting at least once. Service was top-notch—friendly, efficient, and exactly what you’d expect from a high-end establishment. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, and they made sure every detail of the experience felt polished. Even the bread was a standout—warm, fresh, and delicious, setting up high expectations for the meal to follow. Unfortunately, those expectations were quickly let down. I ordered the salmon, and for $44, I anticipated a high-quality, well-prepared dish. Instead, I received a thin 4oz portion that lacked both substance and flavor. It was underwhelming in every sense, and at a restaurant of this reputation, I expected far better. For the same price (or less), I’ve had far superior dishes at Connors, Fleming’s, and J. Alexander’s—places that take pride in both portion size and taste. The Palm is an experience worth having once, especially if you appreciate unique, historical settings with a touch of old-school charm. But if you’re looking for a restaurant where the food is the star of the show, there are better options. Go for the atmosphere and the five-star service—but don’t go expecting a meal that justifies the price.

I don’t normally leave (semi) negative comments but was expecting more from a steakhouse that had a bill of almost 300 for two people. The steak was fine (got a tomahawk for two). The oysters were good. Not super impressed with the service as it took a long time for our orders to be taken. Probably will try a different steakhouse next time.

Outstanding dining experience as always. I've been to the Palm several times and it never gets old. Highly recommended. I only gave atmosphere 4 stars because with all of the faces on the walls, mine is not among them...so some room for improvement there. But this restaurant, the chefs and staff are stellar.

The Palm Nashville – 5/5 Stars! 🌟** Outstanding meal and service! The food was flawlessly cooked , and our waiter, **Brody**, was incredibly friendly and attentive. The entire team went above and beyond—shoutout to operations manager **Dylan**, who personally greeted us at our table to ensure we were enjoying every moment. We were blown away by the hospitality and left feeling truly special! True Southern charm meets chic, lively vibes here. A **must-visit** in Nashville—this is *exactly* my kind of restaurant. Keep up the amazing work! ❤️
