Ted's Montana Grill

Visited on NYE. Bar service was slow, but... the margarita was good (8/10) and worth the wait. We didn't find any appetizer that interested us. Hubby and son both had the Bison Strip steak and they rated it (8.5/10). Hubby had garlic mashed potatoes (9/10) and really enjoyed them. Hubby also had a Caesar salad and loved it (10/10). My daughter and I had Beef Cheeseburgers, which were good, nothing special, but decent. Daughter's friend had Bison Meatloaf and enjoyed. The ranch dressing was delicious (8/10), so I enjoyed my salad. No bread served with meal, which is a bit uncommon, but not a deal breaker for a future visit.

This was the first time I had a bison burger and I enjoyed it very much. I like the almost "rustic" decor. We had a large group and our server did a good job for us. The seasonal crumble was huge. I'll definitely be back.

Took my wife here for Valentine’s Day and it was a really nice experience! I got beef filet and grilled asparagus she got the strip steak roasted green beans and we both got a side salad and shared the 50/50 fries and onion rings! Food was delicious and perfectly cooked and seasoned and big shout out to MAXX who made our dining experience over the top! Can’t wait to come back and this time we are going to go all out on the bison! 🦬 I give teds Montana grill west end 10/10 ⭐️ highly recommend! “Sorry I only got a half eaten pic of the filet! Nice classic feeling grill and restaurant. The price point is a little higher than your national chains but much less than the fancy local places and steakhouses. Making this a solid choice for a nice ribeye or NY Strip. For $5 more you can have the same cuts in Bison. Personally I think the bison has a lighter flavor a little more grassy and a bit more chewy, definitely still delicious. They also offer a very large range of creative burgers and this is probably their wheelhouse if you are looking for what they do best. The interior is a gorgeous bar with a tiled floor, cozy booths along the wall, and some nice table cloth tables. I also like the faux art Deco overhead lights. There are also a few TVs but this is not a sports bar. It's not trendy but the traditional approach really works now and then and its comfortable. Still it's not a true streak house. They have a side baked potato, limited seafood so don't look for surf and turf or lobster, and oddly no bread. You do get a nice bowl of lightly pickled cucumber. Drinks at the bar are solid and at a reasonable price for this area, the wine list is pretty minimal. There is free parking. If I was taking my older parents out for a nice dinner that's not too challenging and where we can have a good conversation this would be a top choice.

Jamie was an absolute delight to have as our waitress! She went above and beyond for our lunch, even making sure I had pickles to take home as a midnight snack! They are my pregnancy craving! The bison was amazing! Be sure to stop in and see Jamie!

Took wife here for dinner tonight. I had 12 ounce NY strip, salad, asparagus, and we shared a piece of cheesecake. I had two IPAs. Great service by our server Pap, and not packed. Atmosphere very relaxing. 😎

My friend Tommy took me to lunch here today. The bison burgers were amazing. The server forgot my second patty on my bison burger, and the cook seemed very aggravated to toast the bun for the burger that I ordered initially. But, the place is gorgeous and the food itself was awesome. The waitress was super sweet overall. I will definitely come back!

I had a wonderful experience at Ted’s Montana Grill on January 6th, 2025! The service was exceptional from start to finish. Our waitress went above and beyond when she noticed that I was translating for my mom in Spanish. She kindly took the initiative to practice her Spanish with us, which made my mom feel truly welcomed and appreciated. The food was delicious, and everything came out just as we had hoped. It’s clear that the staff is not only attentive but also genuinely cares about creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests. I highly recommend this restaurant for both great food and excellent service!
