Went to Morton’s for our anniversary. We had a wonderful experience. The food was amazing, the cocktails were outstanding, and Alyssa’s service was top notch. They even printed us menus for our anniversary, such a small but impactful touch! Thank you!

The service made the entire experience! Ambria was such a wonderful, sweet and attentive server. She made sure everything was gluten-free and celiac safe. It’s a very nice restaurant and the ambience was spot on. Thank you for making our early Christmas Celebration from Virginia special!

I recently visit Morton in Nashville on February 13th to celebrate my friend's birthday. I placed an order for a 16 oz rib eye with garlic butter, a loaded baked potato, and a side salad. However, when the orders were delivered, I only received my steak and had to notify my waiter about the missing baked potato. Moreover, the steak was overcooked, being well done instead of medium well, so I sent it back. When the steak was returned, I was already full from eating the other food, and asked the waiter to make it to go. Unfortunately, upon arriving home, I found that the steak was still overcooked. The manager's failure to appear was also disappointing. My total bill was $153.00, and I firmly believe that the steak should have been complimentary. Thank you!!

Disappointing Experience for Our Anniversary Dinner We were really looking forward to celebrating our one-year anniversary at this steakhouse, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. My wife’s ribeye was tough and clearly a bad cut of meat, so we brought it to the attention of our waitress, who was very professional and attentive. She spoke with the manager, who assured us they’d remove the steak from our bill to compensate for the quality issue. On top of that, they offered to replace the steak on the house, which seemed like a fair resolution. However, when the bill arrived, the steak was still on there. We spoke with the waitress again, and she told us they couldn’t take it off. This was frustrating, especially since the manager had already promised a resolution. It felt like the customer service didn’t match the level of care we hoped for, especially on such a special occasion. While the restaurant has potential and our waitress did a great job, the experience left us feeling disappointed and frustrated. It’s unfortunate that something so simple could’ve been handled better, and it certainly impacted our overall enjoyment of the evening. We hope the management takes note of this feedback moving forward.

My wife and I were having a date night at Morton's and from the moment we walked in the door we had a great time. The food is amazing, it's actually right up there with the best food I've ever had. The manager stopped and asked us how things were and our waitress was perfect. She had the perfect balance between being at the table when we needed and not when we didn't.

My fiance and I came to Morton’s for Valentines Day, and it was a great experience! We sat at the bar and had amazing service. Our bartender, Carlee, was very knowledgeable and recommended tasty drinks the whole evening. Food, service, and ambience were definitely worth the price!

Recently got to experience Morton's, and it is that, an experience. Food was excellent, service was excellent, and the atmosphere was amazing.. will definitely be back! We enjoyed the tomahawk, a bottle of champagne, some lobster Mac and cheese. The steak was cooked amazing, and definitely was top tier meat. Our server was patient with us ( our first time at Morton's) and very knowledgeable about the menu. Couldn't have asked for a better time!
