The lobster bisque could use more lobster. The blue point oysters were perfection. The scallions were delicious. The lobster butter mashed potatoes were fabulous. The crab fried rice amazing. The sea bass was good but I have had better. It seemed to rely too heavily on the soy sauce below the dish. The service was wonderful. It was busy the night we were there but the atmosphere was still very lovely.

Had a wonderful night out to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Oysters were next level. Lobster bisque is some of the best we have ever had. Filet was cooked to perfection and the crab stuffed shrimp was amazing! The Brussel sprouts were a welcomed change from the same ol side dishes most places have. Don’t even need to talk about their wine selection because you will see their next level, two story, wine storage when you walk in. Anthony our server was great! Very attentive and knowledgeable. Him and the rest of his service staff made this a special evening my wife will remember for years to come! Thank you for your attentiveness and attention to detail! If you don’t visit Eddie Vs on your next visit to the music city you have done yourself a disservice.

Dinner here was awesome, we ordered all seafood dishes, appetizers we had two crab cakes and fried calamari, the crab cake were great, calamari was decent. Not the best I have ever had. For the main dishes we ordered the special of the day, swordfish with king crab meat, which was excellent. The sole was tasty and fresh. Salmon was above avg and cooked to perfection and not dry. Ahi Tuna with wasabi crusted was cooked medium rare, which was flavorful and powerful. Also we ordered king crabs for about 1.5 lbs, and the market price was $100 per pound. The accommodation dishes were crab fried rice, truffled Mac and cheese and asparagus. Crab fried rice was cooked pretty well for American chef, the truffle Mac and cheese was full of truffle flavors and with the perfect amount of crunch. The drinks were interesting and cool, I think the name of the drink is The Hope Diamond. Check out the video, such a pretty drink. Over all what an amazing dinner with our family.

The only reason for the 4 on service was because it took longer than expected to get our third course. However, all the food was excellent and the manager Brian recommended a great wine Chris our waitress was very nice. We'll definitely return next time we're in town. We loved the crab cakes, scallops and sea bass. The asparagus was good and the potatoes were excellent. Oh, the lobster bisque was good too.

After our Uber driver recommended this place, my sister and I decided to try it out! I could write a novel on how amazing our experience was at Eddie’s V, but I could easily run out of space. Our server, Michael, is 100% the model employee in terms of customer service and personable service. He truly went above and beyond in making mine and my sister’s experience memorable. Keep up the good work Michael!

This place is absolutely beautiful, we went on a Friday night,it was very busy, it's on Broadway so parking is not convenient, but we valet. We started off with the lobster bisque, Brussel sprouts and calamari, they were absolutely delicious and a good portion, for dinner we had filet mignon and the salmon that were also a generous portion.

Excellent service, warm comfortable atmosphere, food was very good but not outstanding. Our server and all the support staff were great, professional but easy to chat with, attentive and helpful. Atmosphere is typical higher-end steakhouse, nothing super special but warm and spacious. The food was a little all over the place: appetizers and salads were are really nice, well prepared, had unique flair and great presentation. The yellowtail sashimi was bright and tasty, their version of the caprese salad was bright and fresh. The lobster bisque was not too cream heavy and had nice lobster flavor. Both entrees (scallops and swordfish) were bland and pretty uninspired. The swordfish was overcooked and dry, and the scallops were not seared and rubbery. But overall we enjoyed the meal and would go back to try some other dishes.
