We stopped by for lunch and it was between 11-4, so we ordered off the lunch menu. I got the Shrimp and Crab Cake with fettuccini lunch plate. My husband and mother in law got the same thing and my daughter got the kids macaroni. We ordered the spinach cheese dip and that came quickly. The cheese was nice a hot (temperature) which I appreciate! It was good and the chips were fresh and crunchy. The food came (my husband also had a salad) and it was pretty good. I don’t know why I thought there would be some sort of sauce on the noodles but there was just some grilled shrimp on top of a bed of plain noodles. The shrimp was pretty good when dipped in butter and the crab cake was okay. The noodles being plain was odd and I dipped them in my daughter’s cheese from her macaroni and they tasted much better! She liked her macaroni. The service when we got there was pretty quick after we were seated (about a 10 min wait around 1:30 pm Saturday afternoon), however, it took quite a while to get our bill so we could head out. As far as ambiance goes, it is fancy, the seats seem to be white leather and they felt pretty comfy even when you don’t get a booth. Overall, the food was good and everyone was nice. I wouldn’t mind going back, I would prefer sauce on my noodles though!

My husband and I went to The Chop House for the first time on Sept 11th. When we were seated we were asked if we were celebrating anything, and I said it was my birthday. The waitress returned with our drinks and a birthday card signed by the staff. I can't say enough nice things about this place. My husband got the oven roasted meatballs as an appetizer, and I tasted them and they are the best meatballs I’ve ever eaten! I got the jumbo shrimp cocktail and it too was delicious! The next course was Andouille and Chicken Gumbo for my husband. He’s from Louisiana so his expectations are high for this type of dish, and he was impressed at how delicious it was. I had the house salad. It was fresh and delicious, and it had bacon bits in every bite! For our main course, we both ordered steak dinners and they were cooked to perfection. We also both ordered cocktails, and they were generous with the alcohol. They were not weak, perfect pour! They topped off the evening with a complimentary dessert of delicious chocolate cake and homemade Heath ice cream. Needless to say we were in a food coma when we left. The portions of every course were generous! The service was excellent and everyone was so friendly. Even the restaurant manager stopped by our table a few times to chat. And the best part was we had plenty of leftovers for the next day, and it turned out to be just as delicious the next day. We are definitely going back again, probably for our anniversary in October. The prices are right in line with a quality steakhouse, and it's well worth it. And they made my special occasion even more special. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I'm not a big meat eater but I absolutely live their prime rib. I wanted extra to take home so I got the 16oz thinking I would need to trim off a lot of fat but it was trimmed really well already. We ordered the calamari appetizer which was mainly shrimp and seemed more like fried food you would get in the frozen section of the grocery store and throw in the air fryer..I wasn't impressed at all but we know for next time. The overall experience and friendly staff and candle lit Romantic atmosphere was wonderful.

Just ate at Chop House for Valentines. We both ordered the dry aged strip steak. Our orders came out and my husband's was thicker than mine which were both ordered medium rare. His was fine, but mine was barely pink. We told the waiter, but said the flavor was awesome. The manager quickly came over and we were offered to recook the steak and we said no that the flavor made up for the over cooking. She offered us free dessert which we refused as we were stuffed as well as taking 50% off my steak. Although we said that was not necessary, they still deducted it. These staff know how to manage and are so responsive to make sure customers are satisfied. Hats off to them on an incredibly busy day.

Went for an early dinner on Sunday and it was hands-down fantastic! Every person in our group raved about how amazing the food was. Servers were attentive, the manager came and checked on us, and did I mention how delicious the food was? Get the creamed spinach and if you're not too hungry, the prime rib sandwich is hard to beat.

We had the pleasure of visiting The Chop House (on Kingston Pike), a wonderful establishment in Knoxville, TN. Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness on outside followed by a warm greeting by staff that had smiling faces that opened the door for us. We couldn't help but notice the beautiful renovations inside the restaurant. The renovations made it feel upscale and it set a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food came out in a timely manner and it was delicious! I could tell the chef was experienced. Great job! I had to save the best for last and that was the service. It is the service of The Chop House staff that really sets this restaurant apart. Our server Drew and the General Manager Andi set the standard and exceeded expectations. If you are looking for a nice restaurant with great service, friendly staff, and delicious food ...stop by The Chop House!

I only went in to seat at the bar and ordered only appetizers and drinks. But it is a nice quiet atmosphere to wind down in. They have quite a variety of appetizers and their prime rib, which I have ordered on other occasions is fantastic. The staff are friendly for the most part, especially at the bar. There has been occasions when staff could have tried to connect on a little more personal level. But nothing to note particularly. Overall, it's a nice experience if you're looking for a good steak dinner or looking for a place to unwind with some drinks.
