Absolutely enjoyable from minute one. Our group of four had a magnificent experience at Fire and Smoke. First, parking is a since with easy access. We had reservations and were seated exactly on time. Our server was spectacular-Hannah- if I remember. The menu is plenty large for anyone to find a great choice. We started with the amazing bread plate and one of the best Tartar's in Knoxville. The ambiance and decor is warm and intimate, which makes for a spectacular experience. Beautiful and well-appointed interior. Our main courses all arrived together and on the mark. Great food, well executed and seasoned to perfection. The grilling work by the cooknis spectacular. We had Knoxville's best Tera ma su split four ways among us to top the evening off. The manager stopped by and checked in on our experience and was delightful. Knoxville has only a few top-tier restaurants, and it is certainly one of them. A+

Honestly I loved it! Had the 16 oz prime, service from Jane was fantastic! Went for our anniversary and she even provided us with a flourless cake dessert that was awesome. A bit pricey but the value for the money is still there. Parking is awesome. My lone complaint was the price but that is just going out to eat anywhere these days. Would recommend if you want a more casual / fine dining if that makes sense

I typically don’t like to complain, but after spending $235 on dinner, I expected a higher level of quality and service. First, the positive: the steaks were excellent, and they truly stood out. However, there were several aspects of the experience that fell short. The macaroni and cheese, unfortunately, was not up to par. It had an overpowering taste of liquid smoke that made it inedible. At $14 for two servings, we were disappointed, and when we mentioned it to the staff, their response was simply, “Yeah, it’s not the best, I should have told you about that.” Given that we didn’t eat it, we had hoped for some consideration, but that wasn’t offered. Additionally, despite being the only couple in the restaurant, our drinks were left empty twice without follow-up from the staff. The baked potato, while decent, was overshadowed by an extremely overpowering rosemary butter that wasn’t listed on the menu. This made the potato much less enjoyable than expected. Overall, while there were some highlights, the overall experience did not justify the price.

Place has an upscale cozy atmosphere. The wagyu served on the salt block was amazing, you should definitely try it. We also had the pork belly carbonara, it was excellent. The cocktails were good as well, my favorite was the French gimlet. My husband tried a bourbon flight and was pleased with their selections. Great place for a romantic dinner.

Last night we went to Fire and Smoke. What a wonderful evening. We began with the most beautifully presented salads, mine the heirloom tomato, my husband’s the Caesar, and my in-laws, who joined us for the evening, each had the cranberry salad. Each was full of color, flavor, and goodness. The assorted breads were light and tasty with a lovely array of spreads to accompany them. Then came the main entrees… My husband and I each had the American Wagyu Ribeye and my in-laws had the braised short rib and the Rack of Lamb. We tried the mushrooms, garlic potatoes, Mac and cheese, Brussels, and greens. All were a hit. The steaks were incredibly tender and had a great flavor. The lamb was grilled and left so that the pure lamb flavor shone through and it was delicious. Of course, we had to sample the desserts and our choices were the creme brûlée cheesecake, flourless chocolate torte, and the cranberry banana bread. Each was delicious and we all tried bites of each one and needless to say, we took plenty of food home! All in all, as mentioned above, we had a wonderful evening made extra special by some pretty spectacular food and service… special shoutout to Hannah who took excellent care of us and had the best personality of any waitress we have had in a very long time. Hannah, your pride in your restaurant’s food and your professionalism were outstanding. Thank you, Fire and Smoke. We truly appreciate you.

Really lovely fine dining spot. The drinks were beautiful and well-made. The duck leg was so tender, and the starters were so flavorful.

Great premium steakhouse in Knoxville. This was our first visit and we were impressed. Everything is somewhat simple but with complex flavors. I ordered the Prime Filet and my wife ordered the braised short ribs, and both were amazing!
